AVALIAÇÃO NEGATIVA – EXPERIÊNCIA TERRÍVEL NO THAI SI HOTEL & ROYAL THAI SPA (LOVADINA, ITÁLIA) Gostaria de alertar a todos sobre a pior experiência hoteleira que já tivemos. Nossa estadia no Thai Si Hotel & Royal Thai Spa, localizado em Lovadina, Itália, foi marcada por problemas estruturais graves, atendimento hostil e uma conduta totalmente inaceitável por parte da equipe do hotel, incluindo, ao que tudo indica, o próprio proprietário. FALTA DE CONFORTO E PROBLEMAS NO QUARTO Desde o início, nos deparamos com condições inadequadas para um hotel que se apresenta como um estabelecimento de alto padrão: • O aquecedor do banheiro não funcionava, impedindo que as toalhas secassem. Em um clima de zero grau, fomos obrigados a nos enxugar com toalhas molhadas, algo impensável em qualquer hospedagem minimamente preparada para o inverno. Fizemos várias solicitações de reparo, desde o primeiro dia de estadia, inclusive pelo WhatsApp do hotel, mas a solução prometida chegou praticamente na data de nossa partida. • No final da estadia, o aquecimento do quarto inteiro parou de funcionar, tornando o ambiente extremamente desconfortável. Esses problemas demonstram falta de manutenção e descaso com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. HUMILHAÇÃO E TRATAMENTO VERGONHOSO POR PARTE DA EQUIPE O pior momento da estadia ocorreu quando nosso amigo Rafael, que viajava conosco, esqueceu sua bolsa contendo o passaporte e documentos no restaurante interno do hotel. Ao perceber a ausência da bolsa, ele procurou a recepção para relatar o ocorrido e buscar ajuda. O atendimento foi grosseiro e desrespeitoso, especialmente por parte da funcionária Florinda, que negou a existência de registros nas câmeras de segurança, tentando impedir que ele comprovasse o que havia acontecido. Mais tarde, descobriu-se que as imagens existiam e mostravam claramente que Rafael realmente saiu do restaurante sem a bolsa. Mesmo diante dessa prova, ao invés de prestar assistência, Florinda chamou a polícia e insinuou falsamente que Rafael estava inventando a história para não pagar a conta, um absurdo completo! Esse comportamento levou a um constrangimento imenso para todos nós, além de uma situação completamente desnecessária com a polícia. No momento da confusão, o hotel, que tem a prática de cobrar as diárias ao final da estadia, já havia solicitado o pagamento, algo que faríamos normalmente. No entanto, a exigência repentina e agressiva de pagamento por parte da equipe, associada à falsa acusação contra Rafael, tornou o processo abusivo e constrangedor. DESRESPEITO ATÉ O ÚLTIMO MOMENTO Para piorar, no momento de irmos embora, fomos novamente surpreendidos por mais uma atitude inaceitável da administração do hotel. Durante toda a estadia, estacionei o carro no mesmo local onde todos os outros hóspedes estacionavam, na lateral da frente do hotel, sem qualquer aviso ou restrição. Porém, ao sair para pegar o carro e ir embora, encontrei um bilhete escrito em papel ofício, ameaçando chamar a polí

We were 2 families (of 7 people)from 30 to 1 January ....of 30 we wanted to take step in Venice but since we could get back late we were first to the Villa to check in ...Sorry that at 10.30 when we arrived the rooms weren't ready so we went there for nothing and go .... we went further. We return at 22 hours from Venice ...ci is open all from remote ...we entered the apartment and missed one bed, there were 6 beds instead of 7, we called the owner who made it arrive, after a little, A woman to make the seventh bed that was not a bed but a sofa, and I repeat a sofa, not a sofa bed, hard as a dress, and hard to make a bed with beds. In the bathroom 3 large and 2 bide ....We ask the lady some bide ... and bring us some other bide ...It was a pity that we needed for the shower and for the face and then half were broken. ....In summary, we split the clothes into two families using the same ...no comment. The apartment looks very nice from the photos but there is nothing in live that there is no apple/doughnuts and a closet, beds and coats one more uncomfortable than the other. Breakfast is nothing exceptional and nothing warm (cold pancakes, cold bricks, etc ....). It will certainly be a nice location for weddings, but for nights there are a lot to improve.

Personale gentilissimo (mi hanno risolto un problema , creato da me,sempre con il sorriso), Stanza ampia, letto molto comodo,colazione abbondante .Un ottimo business hotel . Treviso raggiungibile in 15 minuti. Devo trovare un pelo nell' uovo? preferisco a colazione spremute fresche e non succhi ma è veramente un difetto minimo a fronte di un'offerta ottima. Da provare

The hotel is very clean and spacious, the location is quiet and pleasant. I was with the whole family at a sporting event and the sports palace (Palacio Cicogna) is reachable walking away. The hotel is excellent, family-run. Buffalo breakfast is mostly sweet, and I finally found myself very good and I will certainly come back.
