Super mega big bed, simply divine. Big room, there was a refrigerator. Downstairs in the lobby of the hotel you can buy some snacks, also warm ones, which you can heat right there in the microwave oven. The reception staff was very responsive, I came to find it, I wanted to put my bags, but she offered to give me another room, because mine wasn't ready yet. I was so happy because I was tired. The hotel is next to the station. The room was quiet, but I could barely hear the neighbors shouting because they were cursing very loudly. I had also ordered a taxi to the airport, which was organized by the hotel, and a nice smelling taxi arrived.

Lovely hotel clean I paid for a balcony over sea on second floor it was great with sun loungers. Room only for one person really as tight getting round end of bed. 210 I think Good food Breakfast and evening meal. Staff. Reception staff and waitresses very good. Always smiling especially the waitresses. A lift to rooms did not use pool great area outside dining room to watch the sun go down on the beach front. Lots of chairs tables for you to eat outside if not windy. Expensive drinks. Only one complaint. THE barman waiter was awful no smile. Could not be bothered to tell me about the wine list got our order wrong as he just did not care It did have an affect on my holiday as you don’t want this sort of behaviour when you are away. If he does not like people then don’t do the job this was not personal to me everyone in our group felt the same For me too far away from Trapani 30 mins walk to get there. I have had surgery so might be fine for others.

I stayed at this marvelous hotel from 18.July- 22.July. I travel a lot but this hotel really impressed me in so warm way:) There is bus going from Trapani airport and stops 300m from hotel. Hotel is located in central part of Trapani city and very close to beach and beautiful parks with lot of flowers and palms. Old town is just 10 minutes away by foot. Beach is just few minutes away. Main walking street with lot of shops and Gelato cafes is just 2 blocks away. When I arrived to hotel, I was so impressed by beauty around, I was happy already before enter reception. When I check inn, I noticed how friendly and helpful is stuff. I adore this personal approach, felt special from first minute. All days and everyone who is working here is very helpful, smiley, polite. Stuff is just gem of that place, each of them is real treasure and made my stay so special. I have double room in 2 floor. Room was very clean, lot of space, with nice art pieces on walls. Bed was very comfortable, I had good sleep here. Breakfast is super timing for those who love sleep more in vacation- from 7:00 - 11:00. There are lot of choice for those who love salty and sweet. You can try traditional Italian cakes. And all types of coffee drinks are available:) All stuff here is so polite and helpful- I enjoy every breakfast:) If You want to visit places around Trapani, reception will help You with information. I adore everything about this super hotel. Thank You for being so special, hotel Vittoria. Before we even checked in, we found Historico to be very helpful when we emailed them with questions. If you have a late flight coming in to Trapani-Birgi Airport, Historico can arrange a 30 euro taxi for you to remove the hassle of getting the bus. The area the hotel is situated in is beautiful and feels very safe. We arrived at around 11PM, and the front doors were open. This is unusual at this time, but we soon realised that the staff member at the desk, Filippo, was waiting inside to welcome us. It can be a little difficult in Italy for travellers to find their hotels, so we really appreciated this, especially given the late hour. Filippo then gave us excellent advice on where to eat, what to see, which bus to take and more. At the end of our trip, he even offered to store our luggage until we returned for it. This allowed us to visit Erice, which we found stunning. The room itself is jaw-dropping. The ceilings are about 20 feet high, the room is very spacious with a huge bed and beautiful bathroom. There’s even a balcony. Considering the Historico’s low prices, the room and service completely blew us away. We paid average prices for a 5-star experience, and we couldn’t be happier.
