The hotel seems to be run by Chinese, and the Chinese guy at the front desk has a super good service attitude! Because parking in front of the hotel requires an overnight fee, he told me where to park nearby to save money. The hotel looks old from the outside but has been renovated very well inside! The bathroom is very new and the towels are very clean! All in all, the price and experience in the center of Turin can be said to be great.
The hotel is only three stops away from the railway station Porta Nuova. The hotel is 2-3 minutes walk from the subway station. This is very convenient. The hotel is located on the main road. It is easy to find a walk from the station when we come. The nearby walk is 10 minutes. There is a Pam supermarket on the left and right. The room comes with free water, but there are no slippers for two days. The room is not big, but it is enough. A three-star hotel is worth the price. Two or three front desks are more serious and not very friendly
We arrived at the hotel after sunset. My first impression of the hotel was very gloomy because the lighting in the lobby and entrance was insufficient. When we entered the room, the furniture in the room was new, neat and clean. The hotel environment is quiet and you can spend a comfortable night. When I woke up in the morning and walked out of the lobby, I saw the unique design of the hotel. It was completely different from the experience last night. At the same time, there were enough parking spaces in front of the hotel for free.

Great breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, real cappuccino. Nicely furnished, friendly staff. Only drawback for some people no elevator.
Very close to the subway, convenient transportation, and will soon reach the train station. The front desk service is very good and the people are more humorous. The room is fully equipped and the toilet is a bit old, but very clean. Breakfast is the normal type of breakfast. In short, it is a good hotel, the price is right.
The room was large and clean. It is convenient because it is close to Voltanuvo station or it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Royal Palace. There were many kinds of breakfast and few raw vegetables, but many of the Torino specialties were good.
Wi Fi radio waves were weak and I couldn't see videos.
The hotel is very cool, close to the center. Breakfast is delicious and the hotel owner is very nice and helpful in every topic, including the command of cool places in Torino, even offered us a drone a local wine. Thanks for the whole service. The hotel is a commanding hotel.
Self-driving France, Italy, Switzerland, 15 days, hotel, the most cost-effective, the only point of public transportation is a few hundred meters away. Others are perfect. Generally, they only want to comment. They are not for the points. They just think that the price is the best. The room is very big. The opposite of the supermarket. No noisy, no noise, very quiet.
The hotel is a little distance from the city center but it is convenient to take the bus.
The hotel environment looks a bit old but very clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious.
A good hotel near the center, second line from the river, next to the park. Rooms are spacious, high ceilings, comfortable bed, good sauna. Breakfast is good in Italian (except that fruit and vegetables are a little small). The area is full of bars, cafes and restaurants. There is a paid indoor parking that you need to book in advance. Parking is located a little far away (go 15 minutes fast, but it is such an area - there is also a ZTL restriction on the morning travel works, so be careful) and the road to the parking is not the most obvious, especially at the end, Especially if the repairs on the streets. In general, it is definitely recommended.

GGuest UserI have had some lift and the chamber's electronic keys, but I understand that the technical problems may occur.
YY DarjeelingThe man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great.
I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful.
The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast.
Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed.
I will recommend to any of my friends.
GGuest UserWell what can I say. It's supposed to be the 4 star hotel. the location is great. The staff working there work very hard and are polite. Breakfast is really good. However the facilities Inside our room are terrible. We had to call the facility twice!!! The plugs in the room only working 1 !!! I think they need to get rewiring. Very dated facility inside the room. They eventually brought us an extension cable. The bed mattress was also terrible. Other than that I liked this hotel but I don't give them 4 stats.
GGuest UserVery good location, right opposite Turino train station. Walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Fuss less check in, have all the basis amenities in the room, except for wine glasses, and they do not provide bottled water and toothbrush that most hotels do. Supermarket is also right beside the hotel, can get all the basic necessities there.
GGuest UserOverpriced Student Hotel. Floor 1-4 student rooms. 5+6 level hotel room. Doors to the upper floors do not automatically close quietly, so every room vibrates as soon as someone enters the hallway and slams the door ruthlessly. In general, it is rather noisy due to the students on the ground floor and on the roof terrace. Breakfast option for 18€ per day/per person also completely overpriced. You have to go over the main street to the hotel on the station side. Otherwise, you will be approached by bad characters whether you want to buy *****. However, the location is otherwise very good, as there are wonderful restaurants around it. Hotel room was gloomy - but very clean!
KKassen ChuHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
GGuest UserTurin in January had a chilly wind and was -2 to 7 degrees Celsius, but this hotel was warm from the front desk. There was no air conditioning but heating. The building is old but simple and clean. You can hear the voices from the next room, but it's just conversation, so it wasn't too much of a problem and I was able to stay comfortably. It was a bit disappointing that the contents of the trash can in the bathroom were still there. The people at the front desk were very nice. There is no kettle. Shampoo, body gel, hand soap, towels, hair dryer, and paper cups are provided.
MMichel99Transportation, price, facilities, and service are all very satisfactory. I'm on my 20th day of traveling through Rome, Florence, and Milan, and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at.
The first impression of this hotel was so good that I decided to stay one more day right away when I checked in.
I'm planning to leave for Bologna tomorrow, visit Ravenna for a while, and then go back to Florence and visit Siena. The hotels I've stayed at before were okay, but they weren't as satisfying as Rocca Cavour in Rome. I'm planning to go back to Rome via Orvieto and Tivoli, and I hope I'll have good luck with hotels in the next cities.
I've talked too much, but Rocca Cavour in Rome won't disappoint. Start your Turin trip at the Rome Hotel. I'm planning to visit Turin next spring, and of course I'll stay here.
王王The hotel service is okay, the room is MINI, the room is airtight and it feels like a sauna. Sleeping in the room has 4D sound effects: you can hear the snoring sound of the next door on both sides, hear the sound of the street downstairs, and other guests in the corridor feel like they are opening the door The scary feeling of opening my room came. The door of the hotel is fully automatic, but it is broken. Sometimes the spirit is not working. When it fails, I stood behind the door and was bruised by it after successfully recovering.
AAngelinaI loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size.
I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops.
Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.
The average price for hotels in Turin is AED 612 on weekdays, and AED 702 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
