Breakfast is rich in variety and will not get tired for three days. There is a free coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor, and there is a laundry room upstairs for washing and drying. The surrounding environment is very quiet and convenient, and restaurants and supermarkets need to walk about 200 meters. Walk to the Tongchuan tram station about 800 meters, this price is very good.

Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.

I used it live in Tama Ali. There were many types of baths and saunas, and I didn't have much time to put them in, so I put them in when I liked them! On Saturdays and Sundays, there were many uses by couples and they were messing around here and there, so I was troubled with the place to do my eyes, but it may be that I can relax. I thought it would have been helpful if there was a refrigerator in the room facilities 〜, but there were many original drinks and ice cream, so you may not have to worry about it.

I used it because there was a live performance at Saitama Super Arena. The location was good and the amenities were available, which was very helpful. It would have been better if there was free water.

The uniformed receptionists at the front desk are all very nice, but the service ability of the morning shift staff (who may be) responsible for checkout (with children and not wearing a suit uniform) needs to be improved, or their attitude should be corrected. I had a package sent to the hotel on the day of checkout, and I specifically told the waiter when I stored my luggage. In order to avoid language differences, I wrote it down in the translator in advance for her to see. She took a perfunctory look at it and said that she could just find the night shift staff, and then she was busy greeting the Japanese male guest behind me. I had a feeling that something would go wrong at the time, and in the evening I was told that the package had arrived but was returned (probably because they could not find my check-in information because I had already checked out). In the end, the night shift staff worked hard to solve the problem. First, they provided me with a plan to send it back to China, and then found that the package was not far away and could be taken back, so the matter was successfully resolved. Life is not easy, and I don't intend to complain in Japanese to the employee who had poor handover and discriminatory behavior (it may even be a Chinese living in Japan). I'm just here to remind others.

I stayed here for several nights. It's about 10m from the station, so it's already the station, but the train noise isn't an issue. There is no affiliated parking lot, but there are several paid parking lots nearby, a convenience store next to the hotel, a large public bath, spacious rooms, work clothes to wear as pajamas, and a full breakfast menu, so I had a comfortable stay. You can get half a bowl of ramen for free at night, but it doesn't taste that great. However, it's free, so it's a good service. There are two washing machines, but the washing time overlaps with other people's, so I couldn't use them. There are coin laundries nearby. I found two, both of which were within a 10-minute walk. The staff were very helpful, and it's a good hotel.

There is a large shopping mall nearby, and it is also close to Omiya Station. It is convenient to go to Omiya Park and the Railway Museum. The breakfast is very good, the facilities are relatively old, but I personally think it's okay.

The hotel was fully equipped with the latest facilities, clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out systems were also a little confusing as they were all so modern, but a nearby staff member explained everything to us in detail. I was happy with the homemade rice balls at breakfast, but it was disappointing that there was a limited selection compared to other hotels and there was no fruit. The amenities were all in different locations and I couldn't find the loungewear, which I only realized after I returned to my room, but I didn't feel like going back to the front desk, so I didn't use it. I wish they had at least left some loungewear in the room. Overall it was clean, modern and comfortable.
