There is a kitchen available and the living room is very spacious. It feels like living in your own home. The only pity is that there is no elevator and you need to carry luggage on the second floor🤣
But generally speaking, it is highly recommended. There is also a curry pork chop rice restaurant nearby that is very delicious😋👍
It was a very nice comfortable inn. Thank you very much for introducing wonderful travel spots that the host is enthusiastic and cooperates quickly even if there is something unknown. I will stay again if I have a chance. (I'm sorry to comment in poor Japanese)
Good location if you are not driving as it's very close to train station. Very clean. However, pillows are too flat. Double bed is too soft and uncomfortable. Unable to contact the owners when we have questions or need something.

Very good homestay, the room is very beautiful, the facilities are very complete, the environment is particularly good, but also provide snowmobiles, the owner of the homestay is very polite, also introduce the facilities in the room, it is recommended to charter a car to arrive, there are no taxis and restaurants nearby, I booked when I filled in two big and one small, As a result, Trip.com I reported two adults. Fortunately, the owner of the hotel was better to talk and didn't let us make up the money. It made us very embarrassed. Next time we went to Meiqi, we would still stay at a homestay.
The hotel is very good, although I have not seen the service staff, but everything is intimate. It is the best hotel to experience this trip. Highly recommended. In addition, Meijuan is especially worth staying to experience more.
The room is a bit old without air conditioning, the door can be opened and the fan can be used to attract the air-conditioning in the hall, the tatami and the pillow are old, but the proprietress is very friendly, and the dinner is very good value for 200 yen.
It's a good and bad thing to be in a very remote place.
It is a place where you can feel the countless stars and the quiet night.
You can think of it as being invited to a Japanese home.
The owner is really kind and friendly.
However, there are disadvantages of shower time, check-in time limit, and public toilets, so travelers who want to travel freely until late can be uncomfortable.
This is the first time in Japan that I can give all hotels full marks!
There are very few hotels in Biei. When I made the reservation, I thought the price was a bit high. It is the countryside after all. It feels good to actually check in. The two male waiters at the front desk are particularly good!
I stored my suitcase and rented the hotel's bicycle to ride. Came back to check in in the afternoon and was very satisfied with the room. Details to the extreme. Such as a teacup. The mouthwash cups are all covered in plastic bags; the facial cleansers are all in one for washing the face and removing makeup; there is a safe for each person; the rod for hanging clothes is too thick, but two small hooks are thoughtfully provided; you can also print photos for free downstairs. . . . .
The bus departed at 7:40 the next morning, and we discussed whether we could have breakfast earlier, and it was easy to communicate. It was the first time I saw the purple sunset in Japan. All kinds of good. . . .
The scenery outside the window is very good. You can see Rizhao Jinshan (Mount Biei and Mt. Tokachi at sunset) from the room. The facilities are not bad except for the old bathroom. Breakfast and dinner for three people (a very common banquet meal) only costs 1,000 RMB. It also includes free pick-up and drop-off from Asahikawa Station and free pick-up and drop-off from Aoike in the evening. It is very cost-effective. The waiters also answered all questions and were eager to help. The most special experience was soaking in an open-air hot spring in the heavy snow the next morning, just like the Hokkaido macaques

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying in this B&B. I stayed in this B&B for the first time in 2017/10. It was very amazing. The whole B&B is made of wood, and the whole room exudes the fragrance of logs.
In addition to being very talkative, the owner of the B&B is also admirable for his thoughtfulness in preparing the meals.
The whole B&B exudes a warm atmosphere, making people feel like they are home~~
So this time I brought my friends to Biei for two nights, which was great.
I highly recommend this hotel to friends who come to Biei.
BB.V.Excellent facility! We were warmly welcomed and helped with our luggage both for check in and check out and this is not something to be taken for granted, since it has happened to us very few times even in luxury facilities, so hats off!
Wonderful location, surrounded by nature with the forest in part very suggestive.
Entire facility and room very clean and well renovated in typical Japanese style with tatami, bamboo and many details of handcrafted wood work.
Both public and private onsen (we had it in the room, outdoors directly on the snowy forest) dreamy; one of the most beautiful we have seen so far (we have already seen several always private and outdoors). The atmosphere you breathe is very intimate and familiar, it makes you feel at ease and pampered.
Breakfast and dinner 7 out of 10, good but not excellent.
The only negative note is the rigidity (typical of many Japanese) on the strict respect of the times: if you do not arrive on time for dinner and do not notify, you will not eat even if you have already paid for it, for the check out be careful because you will have to pay a supplement that will increase for every 10 minutes of delay. But, if you strictly adhere to their rules (as we did) you will have no problems and you will live a dream stay, even if a little stressful for us Italians with the impositions of the times especially. Overall, highly recommended!
AA GainThe house is located on a high floor. Makes a very beautiful view The nearest convenience store is 4.5 kilometers away. There is also a washing and drying machine.
Disadvantages There are 1 shower room. There are 2 toilets.
The dish is oily plastic, it's hard to wash out
DDashakI came with my family. It seems like a family oriented hotel - buffet menu and nothing to do in the hotel.
The room had a gas heater which wasn’t very suitable for such a small room that we had to leave the window slightly open and run the air purifier on high all night.
The staff were okay just doing their job but nobody spoke a single word of English. It took us extra 15 minutes wandering around the hotel as the google map location was not accurate.
I very much liked the onsen amenities! They were great - head to toe care amenities.
But its close location to Biei and the lake make up.
I don’t think I’ll come back but for the very cheap price, you get what you pay for. Lesson very much learned!
飛飛鳥二個There is a shuttle bus to and from the tourist spots, and it was a relaxing stay even though it was only one night.
We had three meals. All were delicious.
The staff were very kind.
The facilities and rooms were a bit plain, but they were clean and quiet.
Maybe it was because of the temperature, but the hot spring was the hottest I've ever been in my life. I couldn't stand it, so I went in for a warm bath, but it was lukewarm.
I'll stay here again in the summer and climb Mt. Tokachi.
YYanxiaojiuIt is a B&B run by ********* and speaks Chinese. Dinner and breakfast are charged separately. Dinner is 4,500 yen and breakfast is 1,500 yen. I went there once in autumn and winter, and the food has not changed. If you are staying consecutively or going there for the second time, it is recommended to inform the owner in advance, and they will update some dishes for you. The room is a bit old and the public bathroom on the first floor is not open. If you have a car at night, it’s very convenient to go to Shinei-no-oka to watch the stars!
GGuest UserVery clean hotel. The room is very mini. Facilities are complete. But the space with children is too small to be suitable. The boss is very good to take the initiative to help guide the way. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby
GGuest UserThe location is in a quiet mountain. My son said that fairies would come out. The cleanliness, service, and facilities were really the best. It looks old, but it is clean and the facilities look good. The owner is very kind. I plan to visit again.
KKobe FukaeThe hotel description did not capture the situation enough. I was confused due to lack of room pictures. They also posted several listing for different rooms under different hotel name section. But this room is perfect for us. The location is a bit far (if you are not used to walking) from the station but it is only around 7-9 minutes walking. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood. The building is new and very clean. It was also warm inside even when the weather forecast said -14 celcius outside. The japanese food they served was also very good. They provided free coffee/tea and water in common area. They also let us lent their microwave. The bathroom is only one but very clean and comfy. The room has its own mini fridge, ac, and tv. If you are wondering where to stay in Biei, I definitely recommend this place.
The average price for hotels in Biei is €212 on weekdays, and €215 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
