It is a clean hotel, although it walks a little from Chiba Station 7 〜 8 minutes. The large communal bath was clean and I was very satisfied. The room clothes are also separate types, so you don't have to sleep badly. You can also walk to the nearest convenience store in 2 〜 3 minutes. There is no parking lot, but I think there is no problem because there is a 24-hour fixed coin parking nearby.
Amenity was substantial. I'm glad that the drink bar was always available, and there were always petit sweets and small snacks. , 24 White wine and bread, which are said to be free of charge for time, were empty and not replenished. The light meal in the morning was free, but only some kinds of latte powder sticks and mini cups of cereal, bean salad, potato salad, and macaroni salad were the reason for corona. It was quite poor at this time.
It was good that there was a cartoon corner, a karaoke room, a hammock corner, a bedrock bath, a wet footbath, table tennis, billiards, and darts below, and it was not crowded. I thought it was a great service to be able to use before and after check-in out. It was a pity that the darts stand was offline, the position was not properly installed, and there were numbers that were broken and did not detect.
I was taken care of by seven families.
I had a great time in a large space. The open-air bath was very pleasant. The children were delighted with the way to the inn and the world of Ghibli. It is also convincing that there are many repeaters. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
It's about a 4-minute walk from the east exit of Chiba Station, and there are many food restaurants nearby that are open until late.If I have another chance, I would like to use it.
I made a last-minute reservation because of the Tokyo Summer Sonic festival, but it was very clean and nice for a business hotel! The bathroom was clean, and the bed was pretty good. The staff were all friendly, and there were convenience elements like a microwave, ice maker, and laundry room on the first floor.
It was a few minutes' walk from Chiba Station, and it was very comfortable and safe to go to and from Makuhari Messe, where Summer Sonic was held, and back. If I ever visit Japan, I'd like to make a reservation again. However, there was a bit of a smell from the pillow sheet, so I wish they would fix that. There was also a deodorizer in the room, so that was a good solution.

Outstanding
GGordonSuperb, but the soundproof is bad. Soundproof is good on train noise but you may hear the noise from other room especially when they open/close door.
Lucky there is still quiet when I was staying.
XXixixixibabaFirst conclusion: highly recommended!
1. Renovated in September 24, new facilities, no smell
2. The room is very large, just look at the picture
3. Convenient transportation, Narita is a 40-minute bus ride away, very close to JR Beach Makuhari, and 20 minutes by Disney Express
4. High cost performance, Ctrip set meal is 500 per bowl, breakfast and afternoon tea are included, and you can bring two children for free, you can also have breakfast and afternoon tea
5. Complete facilities, water chiller, ice machine, coin-operated laundry room
Finally, it is recommended to name this hotel ”Makuhari Spring Hotel New Building” because the main hotel and the new hotel are connected, with different front desks and shared facilities.
The only regret is that I didn't take the drinks I put in the hotel refrigerator. . .
黃黃昏之年享受旅遊獨樂樂The biggest problem and disadvantage is that the windows cannot be opened and there is no wind. It is like living in a cabin with no windows or terraces, trapping sewage and carbon dioxide, and only a very small window for ventilation.
In such a refreshing weather, you still need to turn on the air conditioner. Split air conditioners cannot bring outdoor air into the room, so it is uneasy because the windows cannot be opened.
The location is excellent. Just across the mall is the Chiba train station, which is convenient for going to Tokyo or the airport.
The surrounding environment is a bit chaotic at night. I don’t know why there are women in red standing on many streets? Inviting guests to drink?
If you don't mind turning on the air conditioner, it's acceptable on days when prices are cheap. However, the price increase on Fridays and Saturdays was so severe that it was nearly double the usual price. I was forced to move back to a remote hotel near Narita Airport.
GGuest UserI accidentally booked and prepaid the 5-night trip at this hotel on Trip.com, then I became worried after reading a lot of negative comments about Trip.com. i booked this for my parents so I had to make sure they got the room, thus I came to ask the receptionist one day before. The hotel was at a convenient place to a lot of malls and restaurants, the room was bigger than I thought. The only bad thing is this room is a smoking room so there was heavy cigarette smell, and it barely faded out after several days even if we opened the window
AAlbert JrLocation is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance
Ffun tingNo flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am.
Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel
Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel.
Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk
BBerickThe hotel is in a great location and is convenient for shopping at the beachfront Makuhari outlet. The room was average, the pillows were too flat and uncomfortable. The parking lot can only park vehicles with a height of less than 157cm. The nearby convenience store has a limited variety of products.
LLini KaloumairaIt’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.
AAnonymous UserIt was nice and clean.
The bed was low and easy to sit on.
However, the dressing table was narrow and the kettle and cups were also on the table, so there wasn't much space to spread out my cosmetics.
The view from the elevator hall was nice.
The average price for hotels in Chiba is AED 420 on weekdays, and AED 581 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
