石和温泉の宿の中で、最近我が家のお気に入りの宿です。 最近、石和温泉のパンフレット(HELLO ISAWA)に古柏園の社長さんのインタビュー記事があり、興味深く読ませていただきました。 107畳もあった宴会場を個室が並ぶ食事処に生まれ変わらせたなど、新たな時代のスパツーリズムを試みておられるとの事です。 館内リニューアル(リフォーム)もされているとの事で、今回来てみたら、また変わってました。 部屋は多分以前は和室だったと思わる部屋が洋室になり、ベットと椅子と小さいテーブルがありました。 ベッドがあってもそんなに狭くなく座布団もあり、和室風にも使える部屋でした。 しかし、木のベッド台のへりがマットレスより二周り位大きくて、足をぶつそうで、気をつけました。 電源を探していたら、後から気がついたのですが、新しいベッドの背もたれの上に電気のプラグがありました。 テレビは大きく、ユーチューブが見れます。鍵二本も便利です。 また大浴場の脱衣洗面エリアが、以前は昭和レトロの雰囲気でしたが、リニューアルされました。化粧水なども完備されています。 男女入れ替え制のお風呂の方は以前と同じですが、内風呂の両側に窓があり、広い大浴場です。 翌朝6時過ぎに露天風呂に入ったら、山々のあいだから日の出を拝めました。 7階にあるお風呂の休憩所からも近隣山々と、南アルプスの山々が見渡せます。 夕食は個室風のお食事処にでいただきました。 見た目も美しく、一つ一つ運ばれる美味しい料理に、つれあいも「年に2回位来てもいい宿だなぁ。昔とは全く違う。」と、親と来たという何十年前も前と比べて話していました。 今回も石和温泉BYOで、持ち込み料1000円で、山梨ワインフルボトルを持ち込みましたが、こちらでは山梨ワインフルボトルが2530円からでリーズナブルでした(ハーフは1540円から)。 それならわざわざ持ち込まなくても良かったね。」と話しました。 デザートの求肥イチゴムースは、食べたことないスイーツで美味でした。 なお、今回の食事にはローストビーフも鳥の水炊きもあったので、沢山食べる方も満足するメニューと思いました。 朝食バイキングですが、夕食時の個室風の部屋でいただきます。 バイキング時に、係の方がお盆やビニール手袋を渡してくれて、また係の方が常にいて、バイキングでも食べ物エリアがキレイで、気持ち良く食事ができます。 牛すじ煮込みがトロトロでした。またビビンバ丼があり、いろいろのっけました。 フルーツは4種類あり、朝からプチケーキでコーヒーを飲み、部屋にもコーヒーを持ち帰りました。 朝食後に、ふとお庭を見ると、お庭も以前よりキレイになっており、大きな華やかな鯉が池(人口滝あり)で泳いでました。 最後に、部屋の鍵のタグ(鍵番号が書いてある)が小さくて、鍵かどこかに紛れ込んで、見つからなくなったことがありました(後から見つかりましたが)。鍵についているキーホルダーは大き目が良いと思われました。 古柏園は最近来る度に進化していますが、以前の良さも残っています。 また季節を変えて、泊まりに来たいです。

The service that carries luggage to the room is not seen very much recently, and I am impressed that it is a hotel representing the long-established Ishiwa. The room is normal, but there is a coffee machine and it is a nice service. Dinner was able to enjoy Koshu beef grip, shabu-shabu, steaming, lava grilling and Koshu beef. The seasoning is good and the volume is also good. For breakfast, you can choose white rice or Koshu beef beef bowl. I want to eat gutsri rice from the morning, I choose white rice. The people around me were almost beef bowl. I was expecting breakfast because the dinner was good, but I was betrayed by my expectations. Hoto is good, but I think those who choose white rice will be disappointed because other okazu are too poor. I don't think it's the menu that the same chef thought. Is the beef bowl costly and the wrinkle came out of the okazu? If you choose beef bowl, that okazu is good. Isn't it better to turn the all-you-can-eat Chirimen Jaco service to breakfast at least at the dinner venue? It was a pity because the white rice was delicious. The quality of the hot springs is good and you can put them in for almost 24 hours. However, the open-air bath is small and only 2 〜４ people can enter, so if you consider time, you can take it easy for one person. I don't know the exact thing because there is no specification such as circulation, but I feel that the open-air bath is like a free-flowing bath. Hot water is poured into the indoor bath. The customer service is as good as the word of mouth of other people. I liked a pleasant greeting. Since it is in front of the illumination venue, it is perfect for watching cherry blossoms in spring, so I wanted to visit again in different seasons.

When I arrived at the inn by picking up and dropping off from the station, the garden, pond, pine trees around the entrance of the inn were great. Kawaii Jizo also greeted me. The lobby was also surprised, the trees were used in a lot, and the wooden floors and corridors were glittering. The room is a calm Japanese room and the bath in the room is also a hot spring. Wi-Fi is also available in the room. When I checked in, the woman was happy to choose a color yukata. The open-air bath in the bath was used by Mizuho bamboo forest garden (sister house) next door, but there was no inconvenience. The hot water in the bath was a hot water of the ishiwa Onsen hot spring, and the open-air bath was quite wet, so I entered it quite slowly. The inner bath in the large bath was an ancient cherry blossom bath and it was a good bath. By the way, there was a shampoo bar, but every bottle was almost empty. I thought it would be better not to have a shampoo bar. Dinner was a venue meal and a sleeve was placed between the tables. The content of the dinner is a general inn dinner, but the sashimi of Fuji no Suke salmon in Yamanashi and the Yakimono of Fuji no Suke were delicious (Fuji no Suke made king salmon and mass ** Yamanashi Prefecture Ori It is a ginal fish). The vinegar of firefly squid is spring with the leaf taste of the tree, and tempura was spring grace such as mountain vegetables. I ate the tempura of the grape bud for the first time. The pot was not too heavy, and the dessert matcha pudding was delicious with a firm matcha taste. Nakai was quite clever. I always drink sake, so I drink and eat slowly in about 1.５ hours, but this time I finished eating in １ hours. Breakfast was a neat Japanese food, and the soup was miso soup. The inn where the soup is served for breakfast is good for those who drink sake. Also, it was good for me 々 because various wines were sold at the store (such as local wineries that do not usually drink), and if I asked if I could pay 1000 yen for the BYO of Ishiwa Onsen hot spring I told you that I would bring it at dinner without a charge, and I would cool it. This point was very happy for my family. When the breakfast was over and returned to the room, the futon was raised and I thought it was a neat inn.

Temporary reservation for one night hotel, the hotel room is very large, there is a hot spring, very old-fashioned design, because the day suddenly changed the itinerary, so booked this one, if you book in advance, you should choose other hotels.

In general, Shifeng Hotel is a well-prepared hot spring hotel, and it has all the configurations that hot springs should have, whether it is hot springs, hot spring meals or Japanese-style rooms. The hot spring meal is still not disappointing, whether it is breakfast or dinner, it is very rich. And the types of hot springs are also very rich, so it is very comfortable. The souvenir shop in the hotel is also reasonably priced. You can buy souvenirs about Mount Fuji and Ishiwa Hot Springs for about 400 yen. There are many koi in the Japanese-style courtyard. In addition, according to our observation, there is a black swan and a turtle. The hotel will provide food to feed the koi when checking in. The disadvantage is that it is a certain distance away from Shihe Hot Spring Station. Of course, most hot spring hotels have to walk for a while. It is very good as a place to take a vacation, and it is a little more convenient if you can speak Japanese!

Suitable for family travel. There is nothing to turn around. It’s just a matter of staying at the hotel. The garden design is great. Suitable for friends to rest. Stayed for a few days. The hotel is very intimate because we chose Monday. Three rooms were set. As a result, we all upgraded a large room like a parent. The second floor is beautiful! Do not choose a room with its own hot springs. Recommended to go to the big bath. Great outdoor and indoor connection. Old people can also go without wind. Very comfortable. We hope to have dinner together. Specially prepared for a private room. If you have time, I still want to stay here for a few more days!

Accueil excellent malgré que nous ne parlions pas Japonais, parking, propreté, prix tout y est. Juste revoir les quelques défauts esthétiques de la chambre, rien de dérangeant.
