2歳と4歳の子連れで7泊、夫はワーケーション活用で訪問。最高の思い出ができました。 家から徒歩30秒の海は遊泳禁止なので水着は不要でしたが、徒歩5分の川尻港でさびき釣りができます。気軽に行けるので4回行きました。豆鯵を釣るなら足を伸ばして山川港がおすすめです。 ほぼ自炊でしたが、不自由することはほとんどありませんでした。みりん、醤油、料理酒は持参しました（煮物煮魚用。鹿児島の醤油は甘いです）次回は計量スプーン、タッパーとお酢（鯵の南蛮漬けや有機野菜用）を持っていきます。お茶碗はありませんが、子供用の平皿やコップもあります。洗濯機も完備でハンガー（大人のみ）、タオルやシャンプー類も充実しているのでアメニティも心配ありません。 自宅のような住み心地と、困ったらいつでも相談できる安心感の中、雄大な山と海、星を眺め、自然の中で「暮らすように旅する」という、子供はもちろん大人にとっても素晴らしい経験でした。近くの開聞山麓自然公園第一駐車場からの眺めをぜひ見てほしいです。鰹節や黒豚牛、魚はもちろん、お洒落なカフェや豆腐屋など食も魅力です。天の川と蛍が見られました。季節を変えて、また伺います。

The teapot and the hot water swallow are about 140 cm high from the floor, so it seems to drop when used. We came to experience the hot sand bath they have here. The hotel was terrific, we were on the top floor in a huge room with a full room length window looking at the ocean, it was quite stunning. Two huge beds and lovely lounge chairs to sit and take in the view, it was nice to see ships going by. Wifi worked well, we had dinner and breakfast in a dining room also looking out at the ocean, it was smorgasbord style, eat as much as you want, the food was lovely and fresh all very tasty. The main reason for the trip here was to experience the hot sand bath, this was a first for us. Basically they give you special clothes to wear , dig a hole in the sand, lay you in it then cover you with the Hot sand, only your face is exposed. Quite hot, very relaxing and comfortable, the longer you stay there the hotter you become, 15 minutes is the recommended time, we did a few minutes more it was Soo nice. It was a long way to go for the experience but well worth it, if you get a chance do it. The whole package at this hotel was lovely. Highly Recommend

The facilities of the hotel were in the year, but the impression was the view from the room. I was impressed that I could see the Nishikie Bay in front of me and that I could see the rise of Asahi in front of me. Also, the sand bath facility is next to the １ floor public bath, so I changed my clothes for the sand bath and scattered the towel around my neck and bathed. It was more heavy than I thought, and it was finally thought to endure ten minutes. After bathing, I was grateful that I could take a bath after taking a shower at the next public bath. I was satisfied with a good experience.

I chose this place on my first trip to Kagoshima ibusuki. ● Hotel Room Hotel site is vast. The hotel itself is also a hotel, but the parking lot is quite large. Is there a golf course? It is a good hotel for group reception. In fact, when I stayed, there was a paper like a rental because some school excursion students stayed. The hotel is built to see all the sea, so you can see the sea and the tall southern tree from the window, and the ibusuki makurazaki line running along the sea if you look down. I felt strange because I was not familiar with the contrast between the train running along the sea and the palm tree. It was October when I stayed, but the weather was bad and the sea was rough ｡ I felt very sorry to think that I could see a great view from the room if the weather was good. The room was a Japanese room, but the tatami mats are old and old. The door of the room, the bath and the toilet were cleaned neatly, and the feeling of Showa was pump. ● Meal The dining hall was a large hall in the morning and evening ｡ It was very easy because it was a low seater who was gentle to a bad foot. I think dinner is quite stiff because there are various local dishes in Kagoshima. I drank hot potato shochu for the first time here and stayed for a while. The staff of the delivery staff explained the dishes with a unique intonation in Kagoshima, so ah, I came to Kagoshima. ｡ Is all the delivery staff local? It gives you a good customer service. ● Bathroom How many meters walk from the room to the public bath? It is far away. The public bath is very large. The dressing room and bath were ｡ the open-air bath was also surrounded by trees in the south with rocks, so it was a botanical garden like a jungle bath. It was raining, but the open-air bath was cold even in October in southern countries. There was a sand steaming bath facility in the back of the open-air bath. I didn't do it at the hotel because I had a sand steaming bath outside the hotel, but it seems that you can experience a sand steaming bath in the hotel. I was able to stay cheap and the dishes were delicious, but I was worried about the oldness of the room. In me, it is an image of a hotel a long time ago on the remote island of Nankoku. すべてにおいて細かやな配慮が感じられ、素晴らしいお宿でした。何よりお食事がとてもおいしく、今回の旅行が素晴らしいものとなった一因でもありました。担当の中居さんの笑顔も素敵で、チェックアウトの際には駐車場まで見送っていただき、車が見えなくなるまで手を振っていただきました。娘二人がまだ幼いころ住んでいた鹿児島を二人の結婚を機に再訪し、思い出を再確認する旅でしたが、こちらのお宿のおかげでまた思い出が一つ増え、素晴らしい旅となりました。お食事をする部屋も娘の名前にちなんで選んでくださり(めずらしい名前なのでたぶんご配慮いただいたものと思います)感動しました。旅行が好きでいままで多くの宿泊施設に泊まりましたが、上位３本の指に入ると思います。機会があればまた訪れたいお宿でした。

Stayed 1 night. The hotel is located at the end of a residential street on a low hill with a magnificent view of the beach. This is an old hotel but has been well managed. Everyone we met were hospitable and polite. The hotel had an inhouse onsen which was very clean albeit small. Dinner comprised Keyseiki and breakfast was a wonderful set served on a tray. I stayed in a Japanese style room. Beds comfy, strong WiFi and aircon was good. No complaints.

It used to be called ”Coral Beach Hotel”, but now it's called ”Hotel Shogetsu”. Is the name change due to the seawall construction in front of the hotel? This time we stayed on a JTB tour. There were 3 of us, but I thought there would be an extra bed in the twin room, but I was given a large room with a western style room with a twin bed in the corner room and a Japanese style room. It was very comfortable because it was more than twice the size of a normal twin room. Kagoshima Bay spreads over the entire balcony from the room, but I was a little worried that the shore in front of me was under construction. In the early morning, the beautiful scenery of dawn spreads out, so if the weather is good, I think it is essential to get up early. Ibusuki Onsen is famous for sand baths, but this hotel does not have such facilities, so we took a shuttle bus from the hotel that leaves every 20 minutes to a nearby municipal sand bath called Saraku. This is also an interesting experience. Dinner is at the hotel banquet hall with the same tour, but the tables are separated by groups and the distance between the tables is so far that you can't talk to them. The food was delicious and the amount was sufficient, but you can also order additional items such as binago tempura, sashimi, and bonito tataki. All of them are delicious and I am thankful that I can enjoy the local taste for about 800 yen. I was able to enjoy Kagoshima because Ibusuki shochu was also placed. Breakfast was at the same venue, but the landlady came to greet me and I thought it was a polite hotel. The hot spring at the hotel was a sodium spring, and the large public bath was large and comfortable. It's a small hotel, so it's good that it's not crowded.
