The hotel itself was installed in an old wooden house with a small but nice private garden. We stayed in Room 102, It was a two-story room. The room was amazingly well-maintained, super clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the quietness on the engawa and the view of tsubo niwa in the night with lights. Our room was next to the hotel restaurant. The dinner and breakfast were all well prepared with local ingredients. The food was tasty and the garnishes were creative. This is really a top-notch hotel. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back!

The hotel itself is really quite and location is quite nice with 5 min away from ninja museum. However, the room and toilet in the room is quite small and bed is uncomfortable. Do not expect onsen bath here. Breakfast is quite ok

Advantage: Everything is clean and tidy. Disadvantage: Hot water for bath is charged 100 yen for every 15 mins. First time to know that hotel/hostel would charge for bath hot water, which is quite basic for accommodation.
