I don't want to live in a hot and noisy area, so I chose this hotel located at Higashi-Matsudo Station. 1) The location is very convenient, 2 minutes walk to the subway, whether it is going to the airport or Disney, it takes about 30 minutes by car (no need to transfer) 2) The room is large, the 3-person room has a space of nearly 400 feet, and the Japanese style room is perfect for children👍 3) There is a kitchen, most of the utensils and tableware are complete, and there is a large refrigerator. Buying and returning home is cooking well👍 4) There are 2 supermarkets near the subway station, including McDonald’s, KFC, izakaya, ramen shop, and convenience store. It is easy to buy food and drink 5) There is a laundry room, we live for 5 days, so there is absolutely no need for laundry 6) The toilets are large, with bathtubs and tubs, separate showers, toilets, and sinks for washing hands. The family has its own way, so don’t wait for a seat😅 It’s a self-service check-in. The hotel gate and room doors all use a password to enter. There is a large shopping mall near the hotel with a lot of delicious food. There is a live fish shop on the ground floor. The dishes are very good. I like it. This is a rare new hotel in the Funabashi area, where there are few hotels. From the atmosphere I imagined it would be more like a city hotel, but the inside is a business hotel. The location is excellent, but the cheap construction is immediately obvious. Due to the time of year, there are many foreign tourists and it is noisy. This time of year, the neighbors next door and on the floor above seemed to be foreigners, and their footsteps and conversations could be heard until late at night, which led to a lack of sleep. Also, the windows are not soundproof, so outside noise can also get in.

The bed was comfortable and I was able to move around energetically the next morning. However, there was a smoking area near the stairs, so the smell of cigarettes was a bit of a concern.
