Still, there is no apology, and it ends in an unfair and rotten attitude. The response of Nishimura and Naritsuka is the lowest and worst. The next day, it is the same as talking to the manager. If the top is not good, all of them are rotten hotels. I will never stay again and describe this very unpleasant fact. This hotel is the worst and worst.

Stayed at this hotel while traveling. Convenient location, as the Keihin Tohoku train line runs nearby, which allows you to easily and quickly get to Tokyo. First of all, the customer service at the reception was very good and I thought it was good to make a reservation here. And the room was very clean and nice.
