"The room was old, and the water pipe suddenly made a strange noise in the middle of the night. I asked the front desk whether I could change the room. They told me very coldly that there were no extra rooms and no way to repair them.
After completing the reservation on Ctrip, I used the membership card of Toyoko Hotel to check in. Someone told me that I could check in at 15:00. When I went upstairs at 3 o'clock, I found that I couldn't open the door. I returned to the front desk to ask, and they told me that since I booked on Ctrip, I could only check in after 16:00.
I have always liked Toyoko, but this store in Kawasaki is really disappointing."

"I used it the night before using Haneda Airport, and on a rainy day I walked to Keikyu a little with an umbrella. It was clean and there was enough breakfast snacks. Speaking of greed, I wanted amenities to rub my body and a smoking place."

"Value for money as this hotel is nearby subway, lots of eateries around. Room is spacious , serves simple breakfast and staffs are friendly and helpful. We keep our bag there as we were travelling to other place. Staff was efficient, when we checked in , our hag was already in the room. Will definitely come back to Hotel Kawasaki River."

AAqua2000The room is very new, with two elevators. It is not far from Kawasaki Station and is conveniently located on the main roads. There are many shops and shopping streets along the way. It is very good for the last day of the trip. You can also go shopping in the shopping streets. It is a pity that only one room card is given and the room is too small to open two suitcases at the same time. However, the design of raising the space under the bed so that a suitcase can be placed horizontally is very good. It is also very convenient for GBC pilgrimage.

TTimothy DeanThis was such an excellent stay. The hotel was a close walk from Kawasaki station, making it perfect for travel from Haneda Airport. All around the hotel were great restaurants and simple bars. The onsen was comfortable and accessible. The bed was soft and relaxing. I will absolutely stay with this hotel or this brand again.

GGuest UserIt was a delightful surprise. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a good city view. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The on-site restaurant for breakfast served delicious, locally-sourced cuisine. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

GGuest UserA bit disappointed as I have higher expectations for a 4-star international hotel. Booked a non-smoking room but smelled cigerettes from time to time when the air-con was on. Average sound-proof wall as I could hear girls next doors chatting & laughing.
To conclude , not a confortable stay for the price I paid.

TTeacherbizWe booked this on a whim. They have basic amenities and easy check in and out processes. It is so close to the station and there are many coffee shops and restaurants around. The front desk clerks are all friendly. We forgot my medicine kit and they kept it and we were able to get it back the next day.

The pictures are the interior and exterior of the room. It is very good to watch the flow of people in Tongle in the morning.

Everything is good but the double-bed room assigned was small. Bed is small for two adults. No chair but only a small desk was provided.. Shower and toilet are good in size. I would book this hotel again but would book twin-bed room for two to stay.

AAyra Sufiyavery clean hotel. my sister and i stayed in the 2 bedroom room while my cousin stayed in the dormitory. the bedroom was clean and it was cleaned daily so we were happy to come back to a clean room after a long day of sightseeing. my cousin mentioned that his dormitory was also comfortable and the shared toilet was very clean. the staff were all so friendly and nice. we enjoyed our stay.

HHera SzBrilliant capsule hotel, super clean and very pleasant to stay for one night. From Haneda airport it is only 30 minutes to reach by public transportation and very easy to find the hotel just by keep walking straight on the left side of the Grand Exit and passing the Citadel area.
Onsen is a 5 star standard with sauna, hot, cold and outdoor bath. The testing area is extremely comfortable . Price of this capsule hotel is unbeatable .
