GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay there. The cottage was clean and nice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They welcome us like an old friend than a guests. They even served us many complimentary foods after we place our order. They even let us tried one of their homecook dinner dishes. The food was good. Overall, the experience was above our expectation and we wish that we could stay longer there.

GGuest UserI was disturbed by the meteor flower garden for consecutive nights at the end of the year. I think that it has an atmosphere that is healed by the tired body and breathes of the trip. I was able to interact with people from other countries in the guesthouse and had a good time. I met Taiwanese, Hong Kongers, Chinese mainlanders, and occasionally Swiss people, and I was excited about skiing with everyone. I am really grateful for the advice to me as a beginner. The administrator was very kind and taught me the information around me and learned a lot. I will visit again during the next snowy season.

Despite a communication problem with hotel staff on shuttle pickup upon arrival at the bus station, we do recommend this hotel. We booked a special room, a concept room “Pike Nike” which is really amazing for the families with kids. The room resembles camping and picnic atmosphere. it has the picnic chairs. The furniture is still new and clean. If you consider booking this room type for enjoying with kids, you may contact the hotel directly to request so. We booked the room directly with the hotel. The onsen was great and the breakfast was excellent. We took the bus to Hakuba Happo but no one picked us upon arrival and we waited for almost an hour but the hotel staff helped solve the problem eagerly and kindly. Despite that shuttle problem upon arrival, we had no other problem at all with the shuttles, especially to Gondola. The hotel has clear and fixed schedules and it was not confusing. Our son pf 5 years old loved this room and the hotel so much that he cried because he did not want to leave the hotel. Thank you the relevant staff that helped us.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights in July. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. The lack of vegetarian / vegan food options was disappointing considering this is a Marriott Hotel. The resteraunt may not be theirs, but still expected better. The staff were very helpful, although the hotel shuttle to drop us to the station was only available for a 30 minute timeslot in the morning. Strange, but not a problem. Location is good, still has a feel that it could be a lot better by just making small improvements. Its the details that matter, at least that is why we booked Marriott. Still, we would stay here again (and maybe bring our own food).

GGuest UserIn short, it is a little inconvenient, but very beautiful! I just said. I usually use the affiliated Marion Shinano, but it was fully booked, so I used Granjam Tsugaike. The shortest walk to the slopes and convenience store is 5 minutes. It's a little inconvenient compared to Marion Shinano, but because it's new, the inside of the building is very clean, so the points are quite high! The only question I have is that boots are not allowed inside the building, so where should I put my sneakers? That's what it means. Even after checking out, you can use the coin lockers in the hotel, so put on your sneakers and take your boots to the drying room to change them. When I asked where to put those sneakers, he said, ”Please put them in the locker. ”They said. Right now, I'm wearing ski boots, which are prohibited inside the museum, but do I have to go back to the locker inside the museum and pay 500 yen again to put the sneakers in the coin locker? ? ? However, if you leave it in the drying room, it may be stolen or recovered... Marion Shinano has a shoe storage area, so it's a little unkind, how are you all doing? I thought.

MMeowVanWhat an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel.
Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself.
We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet.
In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies.
Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. This is rare indeed, and it made everything so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Thanks for the experience!

GGuest UserI used it for four male college students as a snowboard trip during winter vacation. I applied for a two-day tour for one night, but on the first day one of my friends hit my head with a snowboard and had to take me to the hospital. Meanwhile, he carefully investigated information about neighboring hospitals, how to get to and return to hospitals, and prepared lunch boxes for the number of people who were not in time for dinner. I am very grateful for such a polite response while I am busy! I would like to use it when I come to Hakuba again! !! Thank you very much this time!

GGuest UserThe inside of the hotel is beautiful. There is no elevator, so please be careful if you ski or snowboard with a lot of luggage. The room looks stylish and clean. The washroom and toilet are combined and not large. The water area feels a little old. The restaurants and baths are beautiful, and there are places where you can get free coffee, so it's nice! The best thing is that the customer service of the staff is wonderful. I had a good time with just that. Depending on the weather, the stars were very beautiful. I enjoyed the star-watching tour more than I expected. Also, you can go directly to the slopes from the parking lot, and you can also go straight to the lockers from the parking lot, so it is very convenient for ski resorts! ! I am very satisfied.

The hotel can also provide real-time information on the ski resorts. The day is relatively deserted, the restaurant has fewer choices for breakfast and dinner, and the taste is still good. GGuest UserThe breakfast is a Japanese set and the amount is quite small, there is not even coffee, and the dinner is also small and not delicious at all. Coins are used for everything, luggage storage before and after check-in is also a coin locker, snowboarding is of course a coin. There is no heating in the changing room of the hot spring, it is super cold, and there is only body soap and conditioner in shampoo. The guest room had an old-style heater.When I turned it on, the room became too dry and I couldn't sleep. I don't have a humidifier. The room is not cleaned, it says that it will be cleaned once every 3 days, so I didn't even change the towels. It wasn't good
