The hotel is very new. We stayed in a lake view bungalow (two beds + tatami mats). It was a bit crowded for four people, but the floor-to-ceiling windows and the view of Lake Shinji made it worth full marks!
The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is large, very new, and full of sunshine, but you don't often encounter service staff. You need to take the trolley yourself and return your luggage to the designated location on the first floor. The architectural design is a bit strange in that there is no door, but a small The main entrance, as well as two side entrances. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance at first. It is strange that guests need to pay for parking (500 yen per day, the ticket must be presented to the counter for magnetization)
The public bath on the top floor is good, the facilities are very new, the space is large, the view is good, and the temperature is moderate. We like the casual clothes provided in the room (not a yukata, just a black top + pants), which can be worn to bathe or sleep in It is comfortable, but it cannot be worn in the public areas on the first floor and the restaurant on the second floor.
We stayed during the Christmas period. There was only a buffet restaurant to choose from. The breakfast was very good. The menu options were not very large but the dishes were exquisite and delicious. It should be noted that there are very few restaurants around the hotel. If you stay here, you don’t want to eat expensive food on the second floor. Buffet restaurant, it is best to finish your meal during the trip and then return to the hotel.
Toyoko is a highly standardized hotel chain.
Most of the sites are located within a ten-minute walk near JR stations.
When you enter this hotel, the room is very similar to the Toyoko where I stayed in other cities a few days ago.
It’s simply: a strange city, a familiar Toyoko!
Although there are no items like bathrobes and luggage racks in the room,
But there is free breakfast. Usually, an ordinary hotel breakfast in Japan costs about 70 yuan, so it is very reliable to bring breakfast.

Shiraishiya is a fun ryokan to enjoy with a theme of flowers. The ryokan has authentic Japanese style rooms, a lobby lounge and mens and womens open-air hot-springs baths. Although the ryokan has an authentic image, it is equipped with modern features. Besides the large hot-baths and open-air hot-baths, there is a jacuzzi, sauna, and a Karaoke bar.
To be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate.
There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍
You can enter by telling the hotel the check-in number.
I only received it after contacting the customer center. The facilities are clean and quiet
It was good

Outstanding
TTT@Tony2 km from the station. There is a shuttle bus. There is a bus at the door. There is a hot spring street with hotels. There are no restaurants. The hotel is very beautiful. There is an open-air mixed bath. It is considered large in Japan. The food is OK. The dishes are exquisite. After all, the price of the food is not high. It is very good.
GGuest UserA very good hotel. The service is very considerate and touching. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious! The room is large and the butler will help introduce all the facilities. I will choose to stay here next time!
AAnonymous UserIt is a little far from Matsue Station, about 10 minutes walk, between Matsue Station and Ichibata Station to Izumo, so it is a good choice for traveling.
The hotel itself has a good environment and comfortable hot springs, which is a very pleasant place to relax during the trip.
There is Chinese service at the front desk, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserThe hotel counter is a Chinese-speaking sister, very kind!
The second night of the stay was very late because of the hotel, and there was only an izakaya left in the nearby restaurant!
We can't speak Japanese, can't communicate, sister took the initiative to take us in to do translation order, really people feel very touched!
But she said she would be home by March next year!
The breakfast Aqi is also very kind, always asking if you want to add rice and soup!
Although the price is high, the quality is very good!
KkyrieIt was very clean and nice. It was my first time staying at a capsule hotel, so to be honest I was a little worried, but there were plenty of amenities and the service was good. Also, I really liked that there were several types of lotion etc. available on the women's only floor.
If I had to say one thing, it was that the air conditioning is centrally controlled in all rooms, so when it was hot all I could do was turn on the vent fan, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep.
YYolkieThis hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on:
- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!
YYolkieThe location is excellent, which is exact as the name across Matsue station. The staff from the front desk are very nice. You can pick up some daily necessities near the front desk (e.g. toothbrush, comb, teabags). I can open a 30 inch luggage and still have reasonable space in my room. The public bath is a bit small but cosy. It is worth to give a try if you wish to stay in Matsue overnight.
GGary Lin MISRecently for an international conference, I chose the GREEN RICH Hotel in front of Songjiang Station. This hotel offers a great stay, especially impressive with their artificial hot springs - the two-share soup. Comfortable and well equipped rooms are ideal places to relax after a long trip. The service staff are warm and friendly and always ready to help. Also, the location of the hotel is excellent and the transportation is convenient for me to attend meetings and explore the surrounding area. Overall, the Green RICH offers a high quality stay and I highly recommend it to travelers looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation options.
LlwwbThe hotel is old! But the location is really good! Only a 2-minute walk from Songjiang Station! The transportation is very convenient! Although this hotel provides free breakfast and dinner, everyone knows it is free! So don't have too high expectations. After all, it's just an ordinary hotel, not a five-star hotel. The food is just so-so. However, those who don't eat hotel breakfast and dinner can also eat out! The hotel didn’t despise us because we are poor, so we can’t despise it because it is old! What do you want for a bicycle for more than 100 yuan? There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms, so you need to use your own mobile data. Or go to the lobby on the 1st floor to surf the Internet. Because the hotel is old, you can't ask too much from it! All in all it's worth the price!
GGuest UserThe house is very clean, 23 square meters of space, if 2 people live, it feels OK, that is, the bathroom is smaller.
Facilities: There is a hair dryer, very convenient
Service: Translation software communication, smooth
