Hi there Your website is unclear. I booked a rom thinking it was for me and a second person was free/ one cost only to be told that I paid for two people at the hotel. Can you refund the second person cost? I stayed alone. Sincerely

Bizan) and the annex building (new building), and the annex building is newer and the same single. About 1,000 yen It is a high price setting. To the annex building for check-in ‥‥ The front desk was usually a good response. Get a card key and breakfast ticket and go to the room. The room was small, the bath and toilet were normal, the amenities and the attached facilities in the room were normal, and the slippers were not used. The bed was normal, the sleeping clothes were yukata and the pillows were normal. The large communal bath is on the 9th floor and there is only one bathtub, but I put it in. Breakfast can be selected from two types, Western and Japanese. The breakfast venue was new and large, and a PR video of Tokushima's tourist information was shown on the wall. In the morning, the shuttle bus to Tokushima Station was operated every 20 minutes, and it was convenient because it was raining.

The Hotel is right on top of Japan Railway Tokushima Station and one minute walk from the main bus terminal in Tokushima, too. Very convenient not only to explore the city of Tokushima, but also to explore Tokushima's rich nature and culture, still hidden gem in Japan. Hotel was built about 30 years ago but it is well maintained and rooms are spacious compared with more recent ones. Hotel staffs are very courteous. It forms a part of the station building where you can find many restaurants with Japanese and local flavors as well as souvenir shops.
