This is a wonderful place to stay. I feel happy and comfortable here. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owner is incredibly kind and lovely. If I have the chance, I would definitely return. She was incredibly attentive to me. When she saw I had a heavy suitcase, she arranged a van to take me to the station and quickly helped me with everything I needed. She even had a bike I could borrow and recommended some great restaurants to try.

I did get my duvet changed, but the unprofessionalism by the front desk was a bit shocking since that has never happened to me with this hotel chain.The staff was young, so I gave them a pass. I will say kudos to the lovely ladies in the kitchen. They created the most delicious breakfasts every morning.

It's very convenient for transportation, and the surrounding parking lots are conveniently located for around 800 yen for 24 hours, which is great. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, and I had a pleasant stay. The toilet had a slight sewage smell. The toilet was the latest model and clean. I thought there was a smell coming from the hand-washing drain next to it. I thought maybe there wasn't enough water in the drain and the lid wasn't working, so I let a lot of water flow into my eyes. The smell didn't go away immediately, but I thought it might have softened a bit. Overall it was very good. I'll use it again.

There is also a hot spring and it is the best for tired body! I think it's very good because you can choose what you like for breakfast and free amenities. I'm looking for a super hotel as much as possible. However, one difficulty is that the room is dark anyway, even though it is only sleeping, it is too dark, so I'm glad to be a little brighter.
