Toyoko Inn is often located near the station. I didn't actually use it, but when I tried it this time, it was very easy to use and clean, which was very good. This hotel is located at Misato station in Saitama, From Misato station, take the north gate walk to the family mart and turn right (Google map will take you to another way farther) Hotel is functional as toyoko inn standard. There is enough space for 1 suitcase but you can put the big suitcase under the bed. In the bathroom, they provide shampoo, conditioner and body soap; as well as body towel. The room was small, but the cleaning was beautiful. There were the minimum necessary things. The building is old, but the air conditioner was good and the water pressure around the water was good and comfortable.

I stayed here for two weeks in June 2023 for budo training w/ a group of training friends. Overall I had a very good experience. There was some interior maintenance happening at the time, so there was no breakfast offered, but there are many options nearby, so that was not a problem. The elevators were also under maintenance, so until the last few days of the trip, there was only one available, and it was _extremely_ blue. I stayed in a non-smoking room and it was perfectly fine, though they do have smoking floors, so if you get off on the wrong floor, it can be a bit much. I don't recall smelling smoke at any other time, so it was not an issue. Otherwise the rooms were completely adequate to my needs, as I largely spent my time out and about, and I found that I had more than enough space without having nearly so much as in a typical American hotel. It took me a bit of tinkering on the first night to sort out the room-key-in-slot-for-power setup, but after that it was easy to work with. Amenities are spread out a bit across floors, but there are signs which direct you where you need to go. The washers and dryers in the hotel laundry were rather old and a bit small, but that was not surprising, and they worked well enough for doing mid-trip laundry. The location was great, right next to Kashiwa Station, which was of course the starting point for much of the group's travel. Desk staff were also great, especially Mindy, who was _extremely_ helpful when one of our group got injured and needed help acquiring crutches. All told I will absolutely consider staying here again when I plan my next trip.
