"The best thing is that it is located next to the railway station. There are large shopping malls and car rental centers next to it. It is only 10 minutes away from the most lively downtown business district. Although the room is a bit small, it may be a little difficult to open a 28-inch suitcase. It is recommended that the luggage rack can provide large-sized luggage. However, breakfast is provided, which is simple but delicious, and the service is excellent!"
"The hotel slightly far from the monorail station but still walkable. The breakfast is basic and ok. Everything is ok except the security/safety control may need to improve as someone was try to open our door at 3am++ which wake us up, immediately call front desk to report. This mainly due to anyone can come up to the hotel without a door card. The lift at 1st floor but front desk at 2nd floor, unable to control people come up."
"The place is very clean. Super relax. The public baht is clean and very relaxing. There’s a massage chair that I loved.
The staff is welcoming and always available.
Room are clean and comfortable.
The bed is a bit hard, and maybe it’s a bit difficult to open your luggage cause of the tiny space"
"Staying at First Cabin Naha Airport offered a surprisingly seamless experience for a short transit night. What stood out most was how effortlessly everything worked—from stepping out of the international arrivals hall to checking into the compact cabin in just a few minutes. Despite its airport location, the space felt calm, with soft lighting and well-kept shared facilities that never felt crowded. The cabin itself was simple but thoughtfully arranged, providing enough privacy and comfort for a refreshing rest. Early-morning departures became stress-free, as I could reach the check-in counters without rushing. For travelers who value efficiency and a quiet place to reset between flights, this hotel delivers exceptional convenience."
"While my stay here was OK it’s a capsule hotel. It has a nice sauna and spa kind of area which is good for guests. I locked my case in the upstairs bedroom area where other people were looking at their case and when I came back, my case was open. I was very disappointed to feel that other guests may have gone through my things. It’s still basically a hostile so be careful when you’re traveling. You can leave your suitcase down at the front desk. Remember to takeoff your shoes when you enter. The staff were very helpful."
"A hotel that excels in both hardware and software. The toiletries are Pola, the kettle is Tiger brand, and the drip coffee is the same brand as Monterey.
The location is incredibly convenient – just a 10-15 minute walk from Main Place. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and souvenir shops, and the street views are very charming. The hotel service is also excellent."
"✅ The hotel is right at the entrance of Makishi Station, making its location absolutely superb. It's a 1-minute walk via an overhead bridge, so you barely even need to be in the sun – super convenient!
✅ Downstairs, there are two convenience stores and a large supermarket. All sorts of dining options are available nearby, with plenty of restaurants to choose from.
One evening, we went to explore the big supermarket and found many discounted items. We bought sushi, rice balls, salad, yogurt, milk, and drinks – all very affordable.
✅ The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Although the bathroom wasn't a three-piece separation, it didn't feel cramped, and all the toiletries were provided.
✅ From 1 PM to 9 PM daily, the lobby offers complimentary iced drinks, including coffee, tea, and juice. It was so refreshing to come back after a day out in the summer heat and grab a drink.
✅ Breakfast was plentiful. We specifically woke up early one day to enjoy it, and they even had takeaway service afterwards!"
"Great value for money. Stayed three nights. The hotel has a good location; there's a Lawson and 7-Eleven on the first floor if you go through to the street level, and you can access the monorail and a mall from the second floor. You can walk to Kokusai Street, and there's a supermarket and Don Quijote nearby. It's directly connected via a pedestrian bridge from Asahibashi Monorail Station, and it's also convenient for taking buses from the Naha Bus Terminal. The breakfast is mediocre with limited options, so I don't recommend booking it. They offer complimentary coffee, tea, ice, and alcohol. The toiletries are from DHC."
"Extremely satisfied with this hotel. It's a short walk from Gusuku-mae Station, which makes getting to the airport very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with enough space to open two 26-inch suitcases – absolutely perfect! Plus, it was full of thoughtful design details. There's a convenience store right downstairs and Main Place across the street, so shopping and dining are incredibly easy. The staff were very friendly, and there's free coffee on the second floor. The breakfast was also exquisite. Overall, a very satisfying stay."
"Just a minute's walk from Miebashi monorail station, offering super easy access to the airport. The hotel is brand new, with excellent facilities, including a swimming pool. The air conditioning in the room was excellent. I booked a corner room this time, which was very spacious and featured floor-to-ceiling windows with great views. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.
The downside is that Kokusai Dori (International Street) is about a station's walk away. While this might be a pleasant stroll in cooler weather, during the scorching June summer, walking from Kokusai Dori back to the hotel, and passing numerous other hotels along the way, made the distance feel quite far.
However, the major advantage is the hotel's direct proximity to the monorail station, which is incredibly convenient for getting to the airport without the hassle of dragging luggage. It's definitely a situation with both pros and cons."

XXiaozhuangtudouI highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Okinawa!!
It's close to Kenchomae, Naha Bus Terminal, and Kokusai Dori, right in the middle of everything. This means you avoid the long walk from Kokusai Dori to Kenchomae when joining tours or taking the bus, and it's convenient for taxis. There are two supermarkets less than ten meters across the street, and a Daikoku Drugstore less than 15 meters away. They offer a buffet breakfast in the morning, and the total price was just over 500.

GGuest UserReview of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa
About me:
I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip.
⸻
👍 What I liked:
• Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience.
• Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay.
• Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay.
• Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car.
• Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
• Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.
⸻
👎 What could be improved:
• Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area.
• Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience.
• Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.
AAnonymous UserLocation: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel.
Facilities: On the first floor, there's a free coffee machine and free manga for rent.
Downside: There's no smoking area either at the hotel entrance or inside the hotel itself. The designated smoking area is located in the hotel's parking lot.

Very Good
KKiana MendozaPros: staff is so friendly and kind, it’s a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean
Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund
ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area.
The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here

Very Good
DDodo_SalleyThe place is close to the port if you want to explore the islands. Olivia and the Japanese staff were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place
AAnonymous UserI stayed here for 3 nights in December.
It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest station.
There are many apartments around, so it feels like a residential area. It's quiet. There aren't many places to eat, but there are plenty if you go around the station.
The guesthouse's parking lot was full, but there were many coin parks nearby, so it wasn't a problem.
It felt like a one-room apartment turned into a lodging facility, with a separate bathroom and toilet and a bathtub. There was also a balcony and a clothesline, so you could hang out your laundry! There is a drum-type washing machine (paid). ^ ^.
The refrigerator had separate freezer and refrigerator sections, so it was good that the ice didn't melt!
It was also good that there were many outlets!
*The staff were not there at night, so I returned before I could receive towels, but I was able to contact them immediately and they were happy to bring them to my room. The staff were all very kind.
Thank you very much!
It's good value for money, so I would definitely use it again.

CCyril Jhames MaglaqueFirst of all a lot of people don't get the purpose of these types of room. A small and single bed is meant for only staying for a night of couple days. Unless you're just trying to save money then this is definitely best for the budget, you get what you paid for. Yes its small but this is not a resort, the room is meant for people who likes to go outside and only need a place to sleep.
The problem with the room I had was the AC is too weak that I was having trouble sleeping at night because it's hot, I literally had to open the refrigerator and put it on max just to cool down the room. I wish there is a wall plug next or closer to the bed so I charge my phone while it's next to me. Next is the the pillow which it pretty uncomfortable for me because it has beans inside rather than cotton. And lastly the window, there is no point of putting a window if I can't even see outside. When you open the window there is another glass behind it that you cant see anything.
Checking out is easy, all you have to do is drop the key on the box but checking in is weird because I have to put my info on a iPad and take a video of myself and a picture of my passport. Please bring your passport when you're staying here but maybe an ordinary identification will be fine.

DDonghaiBecause the ferry to Kagoshima was suspended, we made a last-minute reservation and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite the market, with convenient shopping and dining nearby. It is only about 400 meters away from Makishi Station of the Yushin Electric Railway. The hotel staff is warm and considerate, the environment is clean and tidy, the room is not big but sufficient, and it is very good value for money.

GGuest UserAlthough the location is in a weathered area, it does not affect safety at all. On the contrary, it is very lively. The room is quite adequate and there is a dryer. The room design is good. You can watch TV while taking a bath. The only thing you should pay attention to is Yes, it is a self-service check-in. There are two tablet computers at the small door after entering the entrance. Please note that they do not have a counter. Don't go to the restaurant at the entrance to ask, they will not be happy.
