飯店的地理位置去知床或是去野付半島都算方便，他算是比較老舊的建築物，走道沒冷氣所以走去餐廳跟大浴場比較冷，不過，他們已經盡可能在很多角落設置暖氣，而且房間有暖氣也有暖爐，相當溫暖。溫泉也夠熱很好泡，房間也算大間，我們家兩大兩小住，空間上都足夠。餐點就是簡單份量也夠吃。服務人員態度也都非常好，飯店沒電梯，但是就只有兩層樓高，他們服務人員也會幫忙搬行李。
