I stayed in the safari room twice before renewing, and both children and adults were very satisfied, so I stayed in the safari room again this time. Many people were worried that it would be a shame if it was renewed by word of mouth ... but that anxiety is right. I'm sorry for the good points, but there are only a few. The lobby lounge was delicious with free sweets, juices, wine, etc. The safari room has not changed and the children were delighted! !! I was happy to have a picture book and animal stuffed toy in the elevator hall. Bad point The children's play space in the lobby is really for small children ... (My child is in the first grade of elementary school, so I enjoyed it at the last minute) It says that even preschoolers are in the first place, so don't play. It may be, but I was wondering what it was. I wanted to drink it because there is draft beer in the lobby lounge ... beer barrel? I was struggling to exchange it ... I wonder if I've done it many times, so it's smooth Let's make it possible. I waited for a long time and finally got a draft beer. The lighting in the hotel was dark overall (the atmosphere was good to say well), and the dust flying in the air was amazing. English notation is the main and then Japanese. I think it was for foreigners. The best thing I want you to improve is the dinner buffet. Was the food for children corn soup, Napolitan and potatoes? I forgot, but that's all ... There were several types of weaning food. Adult dishes didn't taste good, probably because they were multinational. Depending on the age of your child, there may be almost nothing that your child can eat. Fried chicken is also spicy, so it's not very good, but children can't. My child is allergic to nuts, but I had no choice but to give butter chicken curry because I had nothing to eat. I wonder if it's okay because it's sweet. This may be said to be bad for parents, but it seems that cashew nuts were used for butter chicken curry, and it became anaphylaxis. The child was coughing like vomiting during the meal, so I hurried back to the room, called the front desk and asked if butter chicken curry had nuts, and when I looked it up, it turned into a call back. At the turn of the last time ... I was told that I didn't understand because there are only 7 allergy displays ... Is it life-threatening? I'm a little angry, and when I tell him to look at the package, I'll turn it back again. Next time I called from a restaurant person and it turned out that cashew nuts were finally included. I have only 7 items to display, and I ate them at the discretion of my parents, so I checked out and came back without saying anything, but if I'm holding a child welcome, Please increase the number of meals for children. At least I want you to prepare curry and fried chicken that is not spicy for children. By the way, curry for children came out for breakfast. Even if you do not display 21 allergic items, you should be able to answer immediately. If you want to make it look like a multinational dish, you don't know what's in it, so it might be better to display 21 items to ensure the safety of the hotel. This time I came back without any problems, but when I think that my child might have died when I was sick, I feel horrified and don't want to go again. I pray that other children will not meet the same eye.

This hotel in northeastern Tochigi is a true gem ❤️ It’s the perfect fusion of traditional Japanese architecture and modern design. It’s also the only registered tangible cultural proper in eastern Japan transformed into premium accommodations and definitely the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed at! ✨ Spacious rooms with garden views ✨ Modern comforts like Simmons beds and full amenities ✨ Local collaborations offering cultural and culinary experiences While the hotel itself is a haven of relaxation, don’t miss the chance to explore the town of Nakagawa :) There is English-speaking hotel staff that will help you organize experiences nearby, like guided cycling tours and farm-to-table dining 😍
GGuest UserPrivate open-air bath, room view bath, and large communal bath. The view of the open-air and observation bath was the best with a panoramic view of Nasu's nature. The large communal bath is hot, but the hot water is the best. The meal comes out so much that it cannot be eaten at night, and it is only delicious, so even if it is painful, it wants to eat. However, I did my best until I couldn't eat a lot of healthy dishes anymore. Breakfast is also a luxurious breakfast in Japan. Everything was the best. It is an inn that can only stay 9 pairs a day, but the room is clean and the hospitality is the best, and there is nothing to say.
GGuest UserTravel with dogs. This year, this is the 5th case, and the first Japanese-style room type. Did you relax while experiencing dogs for the first time and even in Japanese-style rooms? It seems. Every time, the dog was limited to a hotel where the meal came out together at the restaurant, but this time, it was an answering machine in the room. In order to watch the situation, I set up a time difference with my family and arrived at the table, but the staff provided me with the detailed consideration of 々 (autumn creative Japanese food). We were happy to respond to the menu change from meat to fish. (At a hotel 〈 Karuizawa Mikage Irrigation Hotel 〉, a fee of 2,000 yen was required to change the same content. By the way, there was no charge at other hotels.) Pet supplies are It was only equipped with sheets, rolls, special trash cans, etc. There was a bucket set for foot washing at the entrance of the room, but there was no towel. I want you to be a little more enriched. It was a Japanese-style room, but the windows were large and the forest outside was like a borrowed view, and when it was lit up, it was fantastic and healed. The restaurant has a calm and relaxed layout, overlooking the forest of Nasu from the window. I can't use the well-maintained dog run after the rain, so I'm sorry, so I'm looking forward to the next time Pick up from the parking lot at arrival to the entrance, support at check-in, guidance to the room, I felt comfortable. When I left, I was sent off to the entrance, and it was a hotel that was particularly satisfactory in terms of software. I felt comfortable on the hard side. It became a candidate hotel for the next trip with a dog.

It was a contactless check-in.
First, a check-in guide was sent to us at 10am the day before our stay,
and we unlocked the door using the password.
After entering the room, we spoke to the operator using a tablet. (It was a video call!)
See the photo for the tablet.
By the way, the email sent to us at 10am the day before had a URL, so we entered our guest information in advance, which made the day very easy.
Foreigners (with companions) were required to upload their passport information and photos.

This room type is a [Pet-friendly] villa.
You need to think carefully about the room type!
This room had a sauna (see photo). Available 24 hours a day. It's too small for two people, so I think it's basically for one person.
And there's a dog run too.
However, since it's on top of a mountain, there was frost, the weather was changeable, and it rained lightly, so my dog, who hates water and is indoors, hardly used the dog run... What a waste...
I think it's good for dogs who love the outdoors.

It was really nice that the place was well equipped with furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, pet supplies, and so on!
I felt like staying there for about a week.
*As stated on the official website, there were no pajamas provided, so you must bring your own.
GGuest UserI decided to go to a hot spring in Nasu with my 93-year-old mother, and out of several options, I chose Sanraku because I had stayed there before and my mother was familiar with it. The room was on the 4th floor with a great view overlooking the Nasu Highlands, just like last time. The open-air bath was the largest of any hot spring I've ever stayed at, and it was surrounded by trees, and there were no other guests, so I was able to relax. The food was delicious, including bowls, sashimi, fried foods, Tochigi beef, and corn rice. My elderly mother also left out some fried food and Tochigi beef, but she ate the rest. All of the staff members who dealt with us were very nice. In particular, the young female staff member who was in charge of dinner was very helpful and made the meal enjoyable. If you use a wheelchair, there are a few stairs in some places, which can be a problem, and the facilities feel old, but I would stay again to enjoy the view from the room, the open-air bath, and the food. .

GGuest UserI used it for 2 nights and 3 days with my family. The moment I entered the room, I saw several holes in the curtains. I wish I could change the lace curtain, even though it was an old hotel. I felt sorry. When I returned to the room where the cleaning was finished for the second night, there was mineral water and sweets that were not on the day of check-in. It seems that I forgot to put it in on the first day ... The facility is old and there are holes in the curtains, and I forgot to put the equipment in, but the breakfast venue was yukata and slippers NG (I know it's NG if it's a luxury hotel). It is an impression that it was a hotel with a strange balance from the room rate and the age of the room. Also, it was inconvenient to connect the room key to 1. If you go to the public bath with men and women, you have to consult which one to go back first, and if you have it, you will take a bath while worrying about time, so I want 2. It was a pity.
Iichijo_yukiTo a place where cellphones don't work, get away from reality and talk silly with old friends in a frigid open-air bath 400 meters from the inn, at the parking lot of the observatory, with one antenna Watch your step as you descend to find an old-fashioned hot spring inn. Depending on how you look at it, you'll find a mountain hut and a large open-air bath called a famous pool below. It's an irresistible atmosphere for those who like this atmosphere. There are many baths that can be used 24 hours a day. Ainoyu is a hot spring for men and women that is perfect for rewarming after getting out of the pool. If you go outside from Tengu no Yu, you will find cascading baths and family baths. The food is served on top of a mountain, so don't expect too much, but the large tatami room in the hall with the hearth is elegant. There are oils and seasonings left by the guests, so you can cook a small late-night snack.A day trip to the hot springs is fine, but I definitely want you to stay overnight and enjoy the ryokan at night. It freezes lol Hot spring water dripping on the floor of the dressing room freezes and slips lol I experience such an extraordinary experience and go to refresh every year
