The counter service is very good, the speed is very fast and very friendly. The location is near AEON mall and very close to Sendai Airport. It is a convenient place to arrange a day of accommodation and shopping.

The explanation at check-in tends to be spoken quickly, as if it were an assembly line process, but perhaps because the staff was considerate, the explanation was easy to follow. Also, the staff member who was preparing breakfast early in the morning greeted me cheerfully, which made a good impression. The building was clean and I was able to use it comfortably. The breakfast was also delicious.
I would like to use it again.

It is good that the route in has a large bath.

This hotel is one train stop away from the airport. You can do everything yourself. The facilities are all there and sufficient. There is a welcome bar and you can drink as much as you want until 8pm, which is great. (They don't have beer though.)
There are no places to eat nearby, so if you're traveling by train, you'll have to eat at the airport or buy something at a nearby convenience store.
There is no shuttle bus to the airport either.

WiFi is connected in the building and in the room.
Speed is fast and no complaint.
I wanted to make a non-smoking room, but I couldn't make a reservation, so I became a smoking room, but I entered the room and was surprised that it didn't smell too much!
It was a beautiful room.

It is convenient to go down from Nagamachi interchange. But the entrance was a bit difficult to understand. I had dinner at the restaurant but it was delicious. Breakfast buffet is also substantial.
The public bath was small but clean and satisfied. The room is very satisfied with the cleanliness and luxury for the price.

It is a little far from the station, but it is relatively convenient because there is a bus. The employees seemed to be able to respond only to Japanese, but they were very friendly and gave me peace.
