The appearance is quite tired. However, check-in is early when you arrive. There is no waste. There are dorayaki, coffee jelly, ice cream, etc. in the lounge, and children will be happy. The room is very normal. Please boil water and drink it. Speaking of which, he brought it, but I want you to keep it on hand. And a thin part of the mattress. These two points are minus. The food is not luxurious, but the number of items is sufficient and satisfactory. It's a dull hall as a restaurant. Of particular note here is the staff. I feel the spirit of treating everyone with all their might. I'm doing my best.
The hotel is a good choice for small group of traveller. I am impressed by the low price and excellent hygiene of this hotel. The view is panoramic to the harbor.
However, the air-conditioner sometimes does not work and we have to call the front desk to turn on the cooling for the room every other day.
There is no gym room or facilities in the hotel except the lower floors of the building is indeed a famous art museum and exhibition or some sort. It could be interesting to visit the museum. Hotel in Japan seldom comes with gym facilities so I am not too annoyed by that.
As foreigners, the hotel has no sign in English which was given me confusing where the location is. I would suggest to put more English sign and clearly provide the explanation that the hotel is also located on the 4th floor.
Unluckily my assigned was very tiny as it is right to the lift and it’s quite noisy. The bed is not quite comfy compared to Aomori one where I stayed two night before.
Food is provided in the box which is giving more flexibility to bring up to your room or taking away if you wish.
Another little thing, the hotel doesn’t utilize the member card as key card where the Aomori one does.
Very Good

Noisy whether the wall is thin or not. The sound of water is noisy. I studied but couldn't concentrate. The amenities were taken from the front desk by myself, but it was crowded and I didn't have anything. It was good to prepare myself.
Super satisfied! The hot spring is great! The housekeeper is very nice! Kaiseki cuisine is available in the morning, middle and evening. It is said that the hotel that the Emperor of Japan has stayed in before is beautiful! I believe that every season will have a different feeling.
The location was good because there were convenience stores and restaurants nearby from the station.
I am satisfied that I can spend comfortably in the hotel.
Parking is available for the parking lot opposite the multi-storey car park with a commuter pass for free entry and exit.
Breakfast was buffet style, so it was good because I chose only what I could eat and was eaten in small amounts.
There was a time limit, but there was a large bath.
There are many restaurants near the pass where local seafood can be eaten, and I felt that the location was good Basho for those who wanted to enjoy the meal.
Souvenir shops and local arcade shopping streets are right in front of you, so you can buy souvenirs such as agricultural products, seafood, and bamboo dumplings.
5 ㎞ There is a roadside station in the prefecture, so you can buy crabs and send them by home delivery.
Wifi security was also available without problems. Security software did not show danger.
I didn't use it because it was a little expensive because I was worried about the beak and the public bath that the meal was delicious before, but it is still very satisfied without being different from the rumor🎵 moderately in the suburbs to move cars The location is also ◎ enough to not need parking & free of charge. There are seven in front of you, so it was good to come a little shopping immediately.
I used the Japanese food and the staff because it was troublesome to look for a dinner shop, but the meal was delicious and the clerk was kind and wanted to use it again. Breakfast was good for Pikaichi in a business hotel that stayed in the prefecture (* ^ o ^) /\ (^-^ *) I stayed again

Outstanding
AAmyNgThe room is a small double room, clean and hygienic. The side entrance of the check-in area on the third floor of the hotel is inside Niigata Station. It takes about 70 minutes to walk to Tokyo by Shinkansen. The exit on the first floor of the hotel is right next to the taxi station and bus station. The bus goes directly to Niigata Station. It is 25 minutes away from Xie Airport (the fare is 470 yen per person, about RMB 20), making it one of the best choices for business people on business trips.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 1 night but unfortunately the aircon in my room was spoilt, we informed the hotel staff and instead of fixing they told us to live with it and tried to struck off the matter… seriously even though we stayed only 1 night we shouldn’t be treated like that
GGuest UserThe room is spacious, with bright windows, not far from the station. The breakfast is very delicious, very quiet, and the scenery outside the window is very good. The staff has a good service attitude, thoughtful and enthusiastic.
LLen VWe recently stayed at Hotel Okura in Niigata and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully situated overlooking the Shinano River, providing stunning views, especially during sunset. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the JR Niigata Train Station and Niigata Airport, making it a great base for exploring the area.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the variety of dining options available at the hotel, including a French restaurant and a Japanese restaurant.
The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests we had.
Overall, Hotel Okura Niigata offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niigata.
SSilverGeckoVery pleasant comfortable stay. So close to the loop bus, bus stop and only 1km walk from the Sake brewery. The bed was a small double however we didn’t mind as it was so comfortable and we slept really well. Only 1 very tiny, tiny issue was that we were near the elevator and guests returning from late night revelling were quite noisy.
Would stay here again and try their breakfast.
VVacayWonderful stay. Breakfast was good. Plenty of different drinks like smoothies, coffee/tea and milk. Service from the gentleman handling international guests was welcoming, helpful and friendly. However I do find the staff at the check in counters very stern looking who do not smile and are generally unfriendly .
PPsyduck128Even though this hotel was getting old but we very likes their service. Their cleaning service were very satisfied and we feel warming that the cleaner helped to replace my non dried clothes on the hotel towels. This action really bravo!
GGuest UserThe air conditioner is a dial type and difficult to adjust. Amenities are abundant. Convenient convenience stores and restaurants are nearby. Parking fees may be a little cheaper if you choose a nearby multi-storey parking lot without being particular about the affiliated parking lot. I recommend the affiliated parking lot for large cars.
HHuiruThe location is less than 5 minutes' walk from Niigata Station. It is located in a quiet alley, so it is very quiet. In addition, the breakfast is rich and balanced. In addition to rare fruits (tomatoes and strawberries), even the miso soup is full of vegetables. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.
The nearby Hakusan Shrine is a famous place of worship for marriage, and the Bandai Museum of Art building can be climbed up to see the distance.
AakiramujinaIt's a little bit of a walk from Niigata Station, about a 10-minute walk, but it's located in Bandai City and there are many convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping facilities nearby, so it's in a convenient location.
The room is small, but has everything you need, and it's also helpful that there's a coin laundry in the common area.
It's been nearly half a century since it opened, so it's hard to hide its age, but it's clean and has a retro feel to it in a good way. The staff are also very helpful.
The average price for hotels in Niigata is AED 486 on weekdays, and AED 555 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
