The hotel is located by the sea and has a private beach (stone beach). The room terrace has a private hot spring, and it feels very free to watch the seaside hot spring. At 9 pm, the hotel will also arrange to play the projection on the beach hill with Laser for the pre-written message of the guests. This service is very heartwarming. If you want to propose and celebrate your birthday, you will dry it.
The main course for dinner is Japanese-style roast and beef, with two Italian and Spanish pre-foods, Japanese fried rice and ice cream. The taste is very good and the arrangement is very careful, the service is very thoughtful đđ» breakfast is a simple Western food.
Because the location of the hotel is relatively remote, I have to drive by myself. The hotel is built on the mountain. The parking lot is a slope away from the reception desk. When checking in and leaving the hotel, the waiter will use the Golf car to carry guests and luggage to the parking lot and the reception desk. The check-in record is very simple, just report the reservation name, no registration and deposit are required. The waiter will take the initiative to send the luggage to the room via the stairs, and will not bother the guests at all. The service is first-class.
Although the space in the room is slightly thin, it is still enough. The room was clean and well maintained.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the environment is very clean and the location is easy to find. You can take the bus directly from the JR station to Shirahama Station. You can walk there in five minutes according to the navigation. The owner's sister is a Chinese compatriot who has lived in Japan for many years. The breakfast prepared for the guests is also very exquisite. Knowing that the baby had a birthday that day, she specially prepared noodles and poached eggs in the morning, which was a surprise for the baby who loves noodles. On the last day, she also helped us book the best restaurant in this trip to Japan. The B&B is on Ginza Street. There are delicious restaurants around the B&B. The white sand beach is a five-minute walk across the street. I will choose here next time I come to Shirahama.

GGuest UserThe sea view room was great, very clean and tidy, beautiful and comfortable, private outdoor spring in the room, excellent for staying in the room. However, the meals were very disappointed that were unexpected to cost about US$600 for a night including dinner and breakfast for 2 adults and a kid. In particular, the foods for my kid were unacceptable for this price. The restaurant was not clean and the staff were not attentive.
We booked the room through Trip.com and mentioned we have a 9 years old kid with us. The staff said they have no such record and required me to prove. Luckily I have the booking record in my App and showed them we did. Then, they said it should be the problem from Trip.com. And then, they said ok and would cost 25000 yen extra for my kid. I accepted, and then they said they could not provide an extra bed for my kid and reduced the cost to 20000 yen, and I also accepted. As a customer, I felt this was not attentive and not polite to request me to prove I had mentioned a kid for the booking. Thatâs all fine, but the quality and taste for the meals were really unacceptable at this price range, the breakfast was horrible. At last, my case wasnât a communication problem because the staff who talked to us wasnât a Japanese and was a native English speaker. Anyhow, the facilities and the room of this hotel were excellent, but the meals and services were not worth for this price.

GGuest UserWe are self driving from JR Wakayama to Shirahama about 2 hours, nice place and good location because can see the sunshine with nice beach view.
The onsen is super nice view face to the beach/sea and peaceful. Hotel breakfast is very delicious with traditional Japan and Western style , there is alot of choice too.
The staff is helpful to carry on our bag and luggage. The hotel reception have a convenient shop for us to buy the souvenir. I will be back again, thank you!

GGuest UserVery satisfied! There is Daiso near the hotel, which is convenient for shopping! The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. I left my water cup on the train, and they patiently helped me communicate by phone. Basically, the staff are very patient and enthusiastic to help with everything I need help with. The private bath is not expensive, but you need to make an appointment in advance. It's a pity that I didn't make an appointment for the private bath this time. Breakfast and dinner are both buffets, very rich!

GGuest UserMy stay is okay. My feeling is that the hotel is overcharged considering what it offered. For this price, i would expect more facilities to be provided in the hotel. I stayed two night and the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are completely the same for two days. My suggestion is that joining dinner buffet for one day is enough as the next day will be bored.

GGuest UserThe staff is warm and thoughtful, the room is very clean, the breakfast is very rich, the hot spring is great, except for the lack of private bathroom, it is a perfect experience. I like the combination of stairs and barrier-free design. The ramen shop next door is very salty. The elevator at Sandai Cliff is not recommended. The men's bath at Saki-no-Yu will be seen by the hotel next door. The women's bath has a shed. Shirarahama is beautiful, with a glass sea and white sand beach. The seafood market is crowded and the dining environment is poor. The food is also very expensive. It is better to go to other decent seafood restaurants.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is quite large and designed in Japanese style. There is just no elevator and we have to carry our luggage up to 3/F. And every time you go in and out, you need to go up and down the stairs, think of it as exercise! The hotel hot spring is also very good! The hotel has a parking lot, which is very convenient. Also close to Shirahama Beach.

If you check in during peak hours, the waiting time for the battery car is very long. Overall, it is a resort suitable for one experience. Breakfast and dinner are quite satisfactory... Next to the toretore seafood market, the location is still great!

GGuest UserLocation: The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the bus station Jiangjinliang, but there is a section of uphill road, walking is more tired. However, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from Baibin Station and needs to be reserved in advance.
Food: Early and late are traditional Japanese meals. If you like raw cold food, you must like it. If you don't love seafood, it is recommended not to include meals. The hotel refrigerator drinks are free to drink, and 24-hour snacks milk and ice cream are also provided.
Service: Very polite and polite, the waiter will take the initiative to say hello every day.
Hygienic: The room is very new and the hygiene is very good.
Hot springs: No large baths, all are private soup. Can see the sea, but far away.
If you come back to Baibin, you will choose again.
