It's a small hotel. There are two old people at the reception. The environment is very friendly and family-friendly. There are few people in the hot spring, so it is very comfortable. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, and the water temperature is also marked. The experience is good. The breakfast and dinner are also rich, with many varieties and good taste.

The rooms are nice and the whole hotel seems to be newly renovated. The hotel stay comes with a complimentary access to Dai-ichi Takimoto Onsen, which is really the nicest and most relaxing spa we had been to in Noboribetsu. The freshly baked breads in the hotel were a little expensive but very tasty.

The room was great, just like a vacation. The food was great, too. The food was delicious. But the downside was that the whole city was filled with a sulfur smell (rotten eggs). I was woken up several times by the smell.

This hot spring hotel is really too old. The food is rich and delicious, but the hot spring and bedding are really bad. The facilities are old. The sheets on the quilt made me sleep poorly all night. The hotel staff are very friendly. You can contact the Noboribetsu JR Station for a special car to pick you up. There is a bus to the airport not far from the door, but you need to make an appointment in advance.
