The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Oita JR Station. There is a commercial street along the way to Oita Station, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There is a vending machine, ice machine and microwave on each floor of the hotel, which is very convenient! There are also many hot spring shops next to the hotel.

Opinions from a female asian solo traveler. Around 10 mins walk from Oita station, acceptable distance to me. Have convenient stores in the area but not many restaurants, better go back to Oita station or Amu plaza oita for food. The front desk is very helpful. The hotel is a bit small and old but very clean and quiet. Particularly appreciate their shower water is hot enough. I stayed on the 4th floor and could hear street sounds occasionally but acceptable. Overall, affordable prices and needs are fulfilled.

vacation stayのサイト写真より、現物の方がずっと綺麗で清潔、嬉しい驚きでした
大分駅からも近く、周りは飲食店も多く利便性が非常に高い
また、オーナーから細やかに連絡があり、質問へのレスも即答で安心できました
ビルの4階までエレベーター無し階段のみ、という点と、
お風呂・トイレがお部屋に比べると（大変綺麗に維持されていますが）古さを感じる点を指摘したいと思います
が、総合的には大満足、また再訪したいです

KKok KinThis JR hotel is one of the most unique of all as it has a rooftop onsen (19-21F). It comes with a 150yen per pax per night charge when you stay here. 21F is gender separated outdoor onsen! Was a surprise as we did not expect it to be so nice with the current weather. Parking is 1000yen per night with the car park at the mall side and is linked to the hotel reception by an elevator. Location is superb for non-driving too as it is within 1 min walk from the JR Oita station. We used the onsen for all the nights we stayed. Super good value.

GGuest UserExcellent location, just next to Oita JR station. Room is clean and well designed, bed is comfortable. However, the pillows are a bit too thin. Free Ramen serves at 9:30-11pm which is so good. Carpark is available onsite which costs ¥1500 per night but there are a few cheaper overnight carparks nearby hotel which are very convenient.

YYangermaThe location is first-class, the room is bigger than expected, and there are all kinds of daily small items delivered, the warmest warm baby, and self-service coffee and red wine. It is convenient for JR, bus, and taxi. In addition to the arcade commercial street, it is only a few hundred meters away from the county art museum.

KKaixinjiuhaohuoThis hotel is less than one kilometer away from Oita Station and can be reached on foot. Since there are not many hotel options near Oita Station, this one is quite recommended. It has a grand appearance, four-star configuration, and the hotel rooms are basically quite large. This one also has a bit of a warm feeling. Japanese hotels are a bit old, so most of them do not separate wet and dry areas. Overall, I am still very satisfied with this hotel.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel and close to Oita station. It's only a 500yen taxi to the hotel if you have lots of luggage or about a 15 minute walk. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful , especially Bianca and Nobuhara Miho. The breakfast is also very good and my room was large and comfortable.
The information office at Oita station is very good and they speak and understand english.

오이타역에서 도보 15분 거리로 접근성이 나쁘지 않으며
돈키호테를 비롯한 주요 편의시설이 근거리에 위치해있음.
캡슐룸의 경우 별도의 문이 달려있어 어느 정도의 프라이버시는 보장됨. 하지만 밀폐된 목조 캡슐 형태라 여름에는 잠옷이 다 젖을 정도로 더우며 방음에 취약함.
층마다 보안카드를 찍고 들어가야하며 개인 짐을 보관할 수 있는 라커와 흡연실, 자판기, 화장실, 세면대 등이 있음.
샤워는 3층에 위치한 대욕장을 이용해야하는데 수건, 칫솔, 면도기가 잘 구비되어있으며 비교적 청결하게 관리되고 있음.

SSwee KuanHotel is new and clean. Only thing is parking lot not available and full when I checked in and it’s not cheap. I have to parked a few blocks down. Also there is no drop off point which makes it very inconvenient to unload luggage’s.

Если забронировали номер для курящих - очень сильный запах. Есть шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, полотенца, зубные щетки.
