I think it's amazing that breakfast is a free service. I couldn't get up and eat (T_T) The room was new and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would like to use it again.

The sound of the corridor is very loud and the facilities are not new, but I feel that I am not dissatisfied. There is no complaint because the price is cheap. However, the location is not easy to access, but I am satisfied because I can walk from the station and it was close to this destination.

Check-in is just a passport scan, and it seems to have been fine ~~ I stayed for two days and I don't know if I didn't eat breakfast, but it was good because it was close to the station. How did it happen? It's a huge hotel with a lot of rooms ㅎ Sound insulation is also good.

I made a reservation the day before to go to Kansai International Airport. Check-in was smooth, amenities were abundant, coffee, tea, free water in the refrigerator, mini snacks, and microwaves, and I was grateful that I was able to relax in a large bathtub. There is a shopping center with life and 100 average right next door, which is convenient. I was able to relax with a massage chair. If you are on foot, you can connect to the JR line ”Tsukuno Station” by the ”Hirai Ohashi” bus stop for a few minutes on foot.

The service is very good, the location is also very close to the station to Kansai Airport, but the facilities are obviously old, there is obviously black mold behind the toilet, and the overall living is ok.

The bath shower turned to cold water halfway through and didn't get warm, which was a problem. After waiting a little while, the hot water started to come out again and it got warm, but it turned to cold water again and it was cold by the time I got out of the bath.
The amenities were plentiful and nice, and the front desk was very helpful, so the only disappointing thing was the temperature of the shower.

EEricaThe transportation is very convenient. There are commercial areas around. It is also convenient to go to the city. Take the Nankai Line to Kansai Airport and transfer to Tenkachaya to Kansai Airport Express. The hotel facilities are well maintained and there are public bathrooms. I stayed for four days this time. On the day I arrived, the front desk gave me a room on the eighth floor without windows. Then I went to the front desk to ask for a room change. I told him that it was okay if I stayed for one day, but I would be uncomfortable without windows because I would stay here for four days. Then he was very understanding and gave me a room on the 11th floor with sunlight every day. Thank you very much to this elderly male front desk, who made me feel very comfortable for these 4 days. I will do it again next time. The price of this hotel is also very affordable recently.

The check in was faster as much as the checking out. Room is bigger then average in Japan, very clean, comfortable bed, cleaning service was perfect , every day. Breakfast was great, good reason to come back on my next trip 👍👍🌷🌷🌷🌷

LLuKenCute little hotel conveniently located right in front of Sakai station with all the amenities you need including a gendered public bath, self serve toiletries, washer/dryer. Rooms are small but typical for a Japanese hotel. The highlight is definitely the breakfast. This is a 3 star hotel but the breakfast is 5 stars easily. It’s a buffet of traditional Japanese breakfast dishes. You’re not going to get wagyu steak for breakfast, but every dish is extremely well prepared and tastes amazing. This is in comparison to other 4-5 star hotels we stayed at during this same trip. All in all, a wonderful stay you won’t regret booking here.

GGuanxunYou can commute to Namba by taking the Hainan Line, which is not convenient but not troublesome. The room is large and there is a jacuzzi. The facilities are really, really complete. You will understand if you have lived there ;)

LLoanM and her boyfriend chose Fine Garden instead of a hotel near Namba because it was cheaper. There was a little problem when checking in, but Trip and the hotel tried to handle it quickly for us. When checking in, I was surprised at the room price for 2 people, but the room was spacious, the bathroom was large and very ok. My friend and I really liked it.

GGuest UserIt is very convenient to walk along the track from the nearest station by ５, but every time the train passes, you can hear a little sound. In midsummer, there are many cherry trees around the building, and you can hear the cherry blossoms early in the morning. Therefore, I can't sleep well unless I go to bed until the time when I start to hear the cherry blossoms from the last train.
However, the rooms are reasonably clean and very convenient because they have air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers, microwave ovens and kitchenettes. It is also very good to have a supermarket in front of the station. Very good property of Cospa considering the price and time.

Besides the shortcomings, the room is small enough to have tatami mats, no furniture, of course, no bathroom, go to the toilet to go to the public restroom on the floor, but because the men's and women's bathrooms are on different floors, the first time I went to wash my hands, I almost saw the man going to the toilet inside, especially speechless, There is no prompt at the door such as ”only male guests” words, it is easy to accidentally see others go to the toilet, it is simply shocking. The room smells of musty, there are many beetles, and there are gaps in the door. These insects can drill around at will. They can't sleep on the tatami at night, afraid that Xiaoqiang will pass by at any time. The room is not equipped with a kettle. I can borrow one at the front desk, but I can't fill it. The water in the public toilet is not dare to cook and drink. I can rely on the convenience store downstairs to solve it.
Overall, this hotel is particularly inconvenient to stay, as if returning to the last century to eat bitter travel, so cheap to cheap, should not go live again. There are more industrial parks around, the air quality is not very good, and I often see big smoke.
The only thing that feels strange is that the bath is really modern, and the bath is very comfortable.
