"The hotel is a bit away from town, but one may enjoy the ambience environment. Onsen facilities are good, nice breakfast with great choices. Dinner are set menu. quality up to standard and services are very good.
The reception is very polite and exceptionally helpful, but need to use translator to communicate with us, we will enjoy more if direct communication in English makes available. "

I was able to relax on the edge from the morning.
There was also an old private house cafe in front of the fermented food at the next sake brewery, which was very convenient.
I was grateful that sake, cup ramen, sweets and health tea were placed for free."

It's an old interior.
It was okay to just sleep.
The bathroom amenities were unfortunate.
I'm squeezing shampoo, and I'm not sure if the entrance is broken.
Give me a lunch box as a service. The TV came out well.
There was no inconvenience in soundproofing because the surroundings were quiet.
I can hear my voice in the hallway when I make a sound.
I stayed as quiet as possible.
It seems not cheap compared to the facilities."

"酒店應該是湯鄉温泉最貴的一家，但是到了酒店會感覺物有所值。酒店佈置很雅緻，到處有插花 ，感受到對細節的和品味的追求。交通上有湯鄉温泉的免費接送巴士（單程一個小時）到了站後，酒店巴士已經等候，兩分鐘後可到酒店。這裏特別感謝攜程的酒店管家，預約聯繫工作認真負責🌹
服務很好，出了電梯會有工作人員等候帶進吃飯的包間，每道菜也會詳細介紹。晚餐 清酒梅酒居然不收費，也是第一次遇到，瞬間覺得性價比很高 😃
