GGuest UserThe best in Hawaionsen! From the moment you step in, you are welcomed with excellent service and lots and lots of food and free gifts. First, you are presented with coupons to redeem free mini shampoo and conditioner of your choice - fill it up yourself; and coupons to redeem milk. Next, collect your egg n boil it in Onsen water. Take a bath and enjoy your Onsen egg with beer. After that, give your legs a massage at the leg massager and enjoy a popsicle and drink. Dinner was scrumptious! Excellent cooking and delicious beef - teppanyaki, steamed and stew. Sashimi was so good too! O toro that melts, sweet shrimp and scallop. In the room, enjoy 3 types of tottori snacks - Nishiki jelly, sand biscuit and manju.

GGuest UserThe room was very large and beautiful in Huaxiangyuan. The dishes were white cherry blossoms and many items were in the form of crab １ cup / 1 people were not brand crab with the power that they could not eat, but they enjoyed it enough. It was like eating crab desperately after a long time. The hot spring was also the best even if the radium hot spring was comfortable and there was no sauna. One thing that was unfortunate was that there were many elderly guests in breakfast, so I could not eat it so much, and I could see that I simply reduced the number of items and I couldn't feel any contrivance. I was surprised at dinner, but what was disappointing at breakfast ⁉️ If you want to reduce the number of items, how to raise the grade of one item such as baked fish I don't think there is a breakfast that is inferior to other Viking type pleasant resorts if you don't devise (itamae cooks on the spot, etc.), and the guide of the parking lot is also unpleasant It is an object inn that is objective to the front desk correspondence and one is bad if one is good ️ I want you to improve it only because the hot spring, dinner and room were good.

GGuest UserLarge inn along the river. The garden with artificial waterfalls seen from the lounge is wonderful. Coffee was free in the lounge. Also, the room was on the mountain side, and the fresh green seen from the window left an impression on me. The room was a Japanese-style room, but it was very comfortable to sleep because there was a thick mat that was used for the bed. The food was fresh and very delicious, and there were several types of hot springs and bathtubs, so I was satisfied enough. The shops in the building were also rich in quantities, and I could buy the desired items. I stayed for the first time, but it was a very good inn.

GGuest UserI stayed on a solo trip, but the room was smelly anyway. When I opened the door, the smell of cigarettes was full, so it was winter, but I tried to ventilate the window completely, but the smell that rusted into the room could not disappear. Even if you sprinkle the fabrics that you have carefully placed, it is almost unproductive. I tried to enter the hot springs of the inn or go to the outside hot water so that I could not stay in the room, but I had to return to the room when I went to sleep at night. I tried to sleep, but the bed was small, the smell of cigarettes did not disappear, and I was attacked by a severe headache (I think it was because of the room because I healed when I checked out). If you stay alone, it's like this. I thought it would have been nice to stay honestly.

GGuest UserIt was the first time that I was taken care of by this inn because it was the first time that I was on the hot spring. The room was a corner room with a view of Lake Togo. The open-air bath is several meters to the waterfront of Togo Lake, so the view is outstanding. The dishes are good and satisfying with the taste volume.

3386よっちゃんThere were many kinds of meals in the morning and evening. The corona countermeasure was good for the meal. The hot water is the best of the rajum spring. I took a bath several times, but I feel good here and there. Local people say that there are many healthy people in the three mornings (＾ω＾) The least corona infection in the whole country is because of the spring source?

GGuest UserA lovely little stay in Hawai Onsen! The local area was so quiet and peaceful, with a couple of good restaurants and a convenience store within a short walk (we were also offered assistance with an izakaya reservation, if we wanted it). The room was big and clean, with comfortable beds and a good selection of provided ameneties. Owner was also very attentive to our needs, and offered additional towels and cleaning if/when we wanted it. Bath was always warm and very relaxing, including an outdoor one.
Although the rooms were clean, the shared areas could have done with some additional cleaning - the sinks were not always clean (some hair/dirt), and there were sometimes holes in the bug netting. The trip listing is a little incorrect, as the ”run of house” listing is still only a room with a shared bathroom. The ”shared bathroom” also refers to a full shared onsen experience, with no private shower cubicles etc available. There was a kettle/fridge available, but it would've been nice to have some more kitchen items (plates, chopsticks) as well as a microwave available.
