"Nice location near Shibuya station. Linen doesn't seem clean and we spotted some hair during check in. Amenities were sufficient but there isn't any coffee/tea or a safe box in the room. Also insufficient space for hanging any clothes. Room is really tiny, there is barely any space to walk with 2 luggages. Would recommend for the location and nice new deco."

"Convenient bus in front of hotel to get to Haneda airport just 15 minutes away. Kind keeper waited with me to make sure I got on the right bus. Basic amenities: slippers, robe, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hot water kettle, green tea packs, TV. Clean enough. The size of the room was for the most part a normal sized business hotel room."

"Location is perfect connected with Mount Fuji public bus which is convenient, hotel provides shuttle transferring between station and hotel, onsen view is wonderful. High service quality with warm greetings and helpful assistances, especially taking photos for the guest while leaving the hotel."

"The historic and artistic Tokyo Station Hotel is one of my favorite hotels and has a great location with direct access from the airport and other cities. The staff is friendly and outstanding. I encountered some problems with my booking and the reception staff was very helpful and solved it quickly and efficiently, I was completely impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Breakfast was superb and the restaurant staff greet the guests with a smile and always be courteous. I stayed for 12 days and feel like home."
