Very clean and excellent service. It meets the quality of this Toyoko Inn hotel group. Breakfast is nice. Although I preferred non-smoking room, only smoking room was available on the day, yet there was no problem at all as the room was very clean and had no nasty smoke smell at all.
There is a white ball gravel at the entrance of the hotel, and it is a gorgeous production, but whenever it passes, gravel is seen in the passage. There is a fear that an elderly person will step on the gravel and fall.
Last night, I saw the staff returning the gravel with their feet when they went out. How about doing it with a porch instead of a foot! Question about the hotel education? There is no repeat!

The Prince Hotel is a business hotel affiliated to Oji Paper. Its facilities and services are typical Japanese style.
The location is close to the Oji Paper Tomakomai Factory. You can see the iconic red and white chimneys of the factory. The restaurant on the 16th floor can also overlook the Tomakomai Port area. There are many dining and entertainment facilities in Nishiki Town near the hotel.
When you come to Tomakomai, Prince Surin Hotel is a good choice.
The location is convenient and easy to find. The room is a little smaller. The bathtub in the bathroom is too high. If there are elderly people, bathing will be troublesome and dangerous. The breakfast is simple and delicious. The price is great value for money. There is no need to pay for the parking space!
The entire hotel was well-cleaned, and the large communal bath was clean and comfortable.
The front desk staff was efficient, and pregnant women in particular were very kind and helpful.
The only disappointing thing was the attitude of the staff at the breakfast venue. Everyone was expressionless, and one staff member checked the remaining amount of rice, and within a minute another staff member checked it, so I felt there was a lack of communication. Also, when refilling the food, they did so without saying a word, even though there was a guest next to them. At other hotels, you would hear things like ”Excuse me” or ”Good morning.” That makes guests feel welcome. The breakfast tastes better than other Route Inn hotels, so I think if they could just improve that it would be even better.
The hotel is located in the forest. The rooms are villas and cabins. It is very quiet and close to nature. I have seen deer in the park. There are two floors in the cabin, a log holiday home with a balcony and kitchen, and a gurgling stream outside the window. Insects are inevitable, equipped with mosquito coils, remember to close the doors and windows in time when entering and leaving. There are several courts near the hotel, and it is very close to play ball, which is a good choice. Guests in the park also need to call a car for pick-up, and meal time is also arranged in advance. Both the front desk and the restaurant are very warm and polite, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. There is a waitress wearing glasses in the restaurant who introduces every dish in English very well 👍 I feel that the connection between the various departments of the hotel is very smooth and silky, and the experience is very good! There is a drop-off service, and the time is negotiated with the guests. Remember to communicate with the front desk in advance. It takes less than 7,000 yen for us to take a taxi from New Chitose Airport to the hotel for 20 minutes. If you contact the hotel in advance, you can probably get a car to pick you up, right? The experience is great, and I will stay here again next time I have the chance.
Location of the hotel was within walking distance of Tomakomai Station. The hotel provides breakfast every morning, and the variety of food and drinks provided was excellent! Near the hotel is a Donki, an arcade and karaoke studio. There are plenty of food options around the area and near the science and art museum.
Would recommend this hotel for it's price, location, breakfast and proximity to entertainment and shopping facilities.
Living is very comfortable and the service is very good. The room is slightly smaller and it may be inconvenient to bring large luggage.
The location is generally the same, about 12 minutes walk from the Sapporo Kombu Station.
