The hotel itself is just from Tsuchiura station, but it is possible to make a hotel directly connected to the station, so there is no superiority. In the future, I will not recommend to people to use Toyoko in group.

I arrived １ time before check-in because the number of parking lots is limited. I was preparing now from the front desk, so I was told to wait a little while, so I checked in early because I was ready after about １５. It was a friendly hotel in a small business hotel.

這是一個利用許多貨櫃屋組成的旅館，感覺設施還滿新的，位置在一個工業區附近，不是典型的觀光地區，適合自駕者住宿，前方有平面停車場，停車空間充足，就我的觀察入住者以日本人居多，如果是利用公共交通工具移動的人，基本上就不用考慮這家，不太容易到達。旁邊緊臨一間7-11，附近有超市(約1～2公里)，購物還算方便，可以購買一些食材回來烹調，房間內有一個小廚房可以利用，有微波爐、電磁爐、冰箱、餐桌椅，空間算是不錯，衛浴分成兩間，空間不大勉強還夠用，洗衣間總共有4台洗衣機，4個人總共兩天份的衣服，用700円洗和烘，還是有點溼，要再加200円烘30分鐘才會乾，以上是我這次住宿的經驗分享！

Because my parents' house is Tsuchiura, I would use the hotel back then, but I will definitely use it next time. thank you very much.

There are many smoking floors, which may be nice for smokers, but I wouldn't recommend it to people who don't like the smell of cigarettes. This time I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor. Birds were singing loudly at night, maybe the tree near the room is where they sleep.

The hotel is old overall, but I didn't feel it was smelly or not clean enough, so I gave it a 3. The amenities in the room are minimal, but you can choose shampoo, hair dryer, curling iron, etc. at the front desk and take them with you. There isn't a lot of variety, so it seems better for women to bring their own. It's a bit greedy, but I think it's reasonable considering the cost. You can drink one drink from the drink bar when you stay. Breakfast is included (I checked out before I had time to have it). If you're coming by car, be careful. Even if you specify that you will be using the parking lot when you make a reservation, it is not guaranteed, and you will be guided to a nearby paid parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis (400 yen per day at your own expense). The areas with cones are reserved for those who have already checked in for temporary use. It depends on the time of year, but if you plan to check in later, you should basically expect to use the paid parking lot at your own expense.

The room is very clean . Also the pathways and the sorroundings are clean and pleasant. Very comfy. There are also amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soaps, coffee, hair brush,etc. There are extra pillows and blankets near the elevator too. The room rates are also reasonable.All in all I recommend 👍👍👍
