Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very clean hotel and the bathroom that I had was extremely clean. Great, comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine, not that many options on a Sunday, but Monday had plenty more options. The location was good, if you like walking, then you can walk to a lot of the attractions from the hotel. Navat restaurant is close and there is is a café next to it - this was great! In sum, an excellent hotel for 2/3 nights in Bishkek.
It was a newly opened hotel, so it was very clean and I liked it.
The day I went, I was the only customer on the first day of the opening, so I felt like all the staff were watching me and moving.
Breakfast was cooked and brought to me, and I was able to enjoy a cappuccino.
Nice breakfast spread of cold cuts, fish, different milks, varied omelettes, and a selection of cereals and nuts. Nice ambiance as well, at the terrace on the top floor of the building. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom clean and sleek. Recommended!

We had such a lovely stay here, the Korean BBQ opposite was delicious and the hotel itself was lovely. Clean rooms, nice and friendly staff definitely a great place to stay. Plus we got free hotel airport pickup!
The room environment is good and consistent with the photos on the Internet. The breakfast is also good. The front desk service is average. There is no parking lot, which is inconvenient for friends to pick up!
The room is large, the sanitation is very clean, the surrounding environment of the hotel is also very good, very quiet, I am on a business trip, overall living is OK. The only fly in the ointment is that I can't like the hotel's breakfast. But maybe the locals are like that, so it's okay.

Location is good, it's close to the center of the city. Hotel is clean and fresh. All works smoothly. Single minor problem was solved in minutes.
The only downside is breakfast: the assortment is moderate and dining room is pretty small, you may not find free place.
It is a sad story. The hotel was awarded 4 stars, probably on the basis that it has a swimming pool. The rest is God knows what. The location is excellent, under the windows there is an eternal traffic jam and beeps. When settling, they took money for an early check-in. Everything would be fine, but first they settled, and only then they took it. They gave one card for two, and when asked to give a second one, since it’s just normal, but having one card is abnormal and inconvenient, they answered that no, they say, it’s not supposed to. ********. The toilet seat lives separately. The cabin in the shower closes halfway, because the door is simply narrower than the opening, the door to the toilet does not close at all. The air conditioner is noisy but does not ventilate. The refrigerator is just noisy. And the socket in the room is one, hidden behind the refrigerator. In general, do not expect comfort. This harsh Bishkek hotel does not exist for you to relax there, you understand. You have to be in good shape, comrades!
Check-in and check-out are convenient and fast, breakfast is not bad

LludwigvmellyDecided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.
FFarell SalvadorGreat place for travellers wanting to be close to the West Bus Terminal which gets you to Kochkor and Bokonbaevo. Walking distance of 300m only. The experience staying in this guesthouse was amazing. The staff were so welcoming with cheerful smiles. The place has that homely experience with a touch of kyrgyzstan vibes. I highly recommend this place for stay. Its worth the money.
GGuest UserThe room is small, and it was still small after upgrading for an additional fee. The front desk was very helpful, and it was convenient to go out. The downstairs is connected to the mall. The SPA environment is poor, the SPA service attitude is not good, and the quality of the massage oil is not good. Because of the poor service attitude and the poor massage oil, I didn't expect it and didn't want to spend money to suffer. The Japanese dining environment is good, mainly because we booked a tatami seat, and the rigid consumption is about 450 US dollars. The three of us ate for one night and only ate about 300 US dollars. No matter what, we couldn't afford 450 US dollars. As a result, when paying the bill, we had to pay 450 US dollars, and then we were allowed to take it away. This is the first time I have encountered such a ”hard” management method of an international five-star hotel. It's just one seat, and the business is average. There are not many people. We didn't sit in that seat, so it was probably empty.
MMikhailGood location, spacious room. All is clean and fresh.
We didn't get to breakfast because of early checkout, so can't tell anything about it.
Downside: very loud music in the restaurant below until around 21:00 (maybe not every day, but we stayed for one night only).
GGuest UserMy stay at the hotel in Bishkek exceeded my expectations. The hotel had a charming ambiance and a central location, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities.
GGuest UserI had 3 nights stay and liked this hostel room spacecious and clean. The worker 'Arlan' is very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, he would delighted to share and guide you. The cleaning ladies help to clean the room daily and replenishment are sufficient. Hostel in a strategic location about 10 mins walk to Osh Bazaar and you can catch local buses to everywhere in the center with only 20 som
It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends. Thank You for your unconditional service and I have had a wonderful stay at your place
GGee WooStaff were so nice and facility was very clean and pretty
Room was also spacious enough
Mattress was a bit flat
They have a great pool and relaxing place
Breakfast was wonderful with various local dishes just made
* important
They have a travel agency inside the facility
It was easy and clear for me to organize
They don’t accept credit card so you need to preorder cash
GGuest UserIn general, everything is fine, but there are questions about cleaning, it seems that it only includes changing towels and napkins. If you rent a hotel for a week, then you don’t have to clean the shower, bathroom or toilet 🙈 Plus, the attitude of the staff at the bar in the restaurant is unclear. We specifically agreed and made an extra payment for normal coffee, but as the staff explained to us in the morning, the barista is a person of mood and every day she decides for whom and when she will make coffee, and for whom she will not. For such a hotel, this is of course a very strange position regarding the service for which we paid. Make your own coffee in an automatic coffee machine :/
AAnonymous UserFrom the pluses - excellent breakfast(big choice of dishes), a good view from the restaurant on the 10th floor and location.
From the downsides:
”There was a sticky spot on the table under the teapot, specially removed it so that the maid would pay attention. During 4 days it never removed
- the bathroom lacks a cosmetic pad/cup. Only a tooth set is available from all the ingredients
- disposable quality slippers. It smells unbearable.
The average price for hotels in Bishkek is AED 222 on weekdays, and AED 224 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
