What a find. We absolutley loved staying at The Grange. The staff and the General Manager Dom are all so friendly and accomadating. The rooms are gorgeous and very clean. The food is outstanding which include vegetarian and gluten free options with fresh juices and delicious fruit plates on offer. I also loved the complimentary bowl of nuts with kefir leaves offered to us throughout the day when we were lazing by the pool . The bar not only make superb cocktails ( the best Pinacolada I have ever had ) they also have a filtered water tap where the staff are happy to refill your water bottle as they are very eco conscious which is important to us. The staff are happy to organise Tuk Tuk drivers to take you to AnkorWat, Professional Day Spas for great massages, The Markets or any of the restuarants / shopping destinations you require. The Grange is a 20 min walk or a 5 minute tuk tuk ride into Pub St so its close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The roof top offers a serene space to enjoy sunrise or sunset especially if you take a yoga mat and the pool is deep enough to do an aqua aerobic workout OR you can just laze around on your balcony in the gown and slippers provided and have room service deliver a nice cocktail or a bottle of French Redwine while enjoying whatever view your room has. We will definately stay here again. Actually, we will only stay here on our next trip to Siem Reap. Exquisite, comfortable and top quality luxury small hotel. The location is a bit far from the city center, but Siem Reap is very small, so it is actually 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by tutuk. I chose this place because I like to be quiet and come to the Angkor Marathon. The surrounding areas are all residential areas, which will look very run-down, but walking into the hotel gate is another world. The bedding was particularly satisfactory, the bed was large, clean and comfortable. Good luck, upgraded the big room by the pool and really enjoyed it. There are not many rooms in the hotel so the waiters take care of every guest. Breakfast is a la carte, it feels much better than buffet breakfast, taste and quality are very good, I feel like eating a big meal in the morning. The waiter's English is very good, and the attitude is enthusiastic and modest. During my stay in the hotel, I had dinner, laundry, swimming pool, and spa services. Impeccable. It is very suitable for rest, and guests who like quiet and more private space, but if you want to go out at night, you have to ask the hotel for help. The leaving manager and your dedicated waiter will take you to the door to say goodbye, very warm. Will have the opportunity to come here again and recommend to friends. But oh, the only minor regret is that we have been treated as Taiwanese or Hong Kong guests. We have corrected it twice. Unfortunately, our lovely waiter has not remembered it, but it will not affect the overall impression of the hotel ~ see you next time.

Tell you what, I was easily blown away by arriving at Siam Reap lethargically awaiting to sleep at some generically named hotel. Never would I expect that this ”Smiling Hotel” was, in fact, a metropolis of accommodation. With hundreds of rooms, the vacancy is almost always certain. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, truly made sure that I was enjoying my time at Smiling Hotel. The rooms in question are jaw-dropping, with constant room service, interface, TV, mini-fridge, daily water bottles, AC, bath, and shower. This is complemented by either a view of the two enormous pools within or a beautiful view of Siam Reap, especially at night! One downside, however, is the internet connection, which is very sluggish and derails my downtime here a tad bit. Still, I needn't use the internet with so much to offer. I forget that this hotel has a gym, massage place, nail salon and did I mention two pools? If I could summarize this entire hotel by one word/phrase it would be: over the top. This place goes 120% to make sure you have a good stay, and it is not even necessary, as even without some components such as quality food I would still enjoy my stay here. Possibilities are endless here at Smiling Hotel, and if I choose to return to Siam Reap this would be my go to.

Beautiful environment, quiet in the middle of the city, just in the city, near the pub street, three minutes walk away. The environment in the hotel is not hygienic, the house decoration and furniture are solid wood, especially the river view family room suite where we live, with two balconies, is really great. What's more, the hotel's breakfast is very good, there is a menu for guests to choose and make it, and the taste is much better than eating outside. Recommend two little brothers named Bun heng & Ravy Restaurant, the service and smile are very good. We stayed for three days and then renewed for another five days. We will definitely stay again in the near future.

Khmer style hotel. The old hotel was renovated in 2017. The rooms are clean but small, no TV, wooden rooms are generally soundproof, and the elderly can't sleep well at night. It should be not far from the old market. Breakfast is very ordinary, it should be said that there is nothing to eat except mango. The entire hotel has a poor sense of service, especially a pregnant woman at the front desk who is very proud and should not rest at home. I have never seen a waiter with a real sense of service, and a bad attitude towards Chinese people and foreigners. Describes poor hotel management! On the last day of the flight, our family had four adults, one child and four large suitcases. On the day of check-in, I specifically said that the number of people and the number of luggage should be dropped off with five SUVs! It ’s awesome! The three worst hotels in Siem Reap. The first one is the Golden Temple Boutique Hotel and the second one is a beige hotel. There is a big difference in single service. Customers who live in the service industry without the most basic service consciousness really won't recommend others. And there is a problem with the water in this hotel. Some previous comments said that the water smells rusty. I don't see any rust, but I always feel a layer of oil after washing my hands. After washing with soap or shower gel in the bathroom, it is still a layer of oil. I don't know what happened. What's more interesting is that this hotel has almost no hotel reviews in 2019, so let Ctrip help to confirm that no one answered the phone after the customer service contacted the hotel for two days. Really speechless, do not answer any hotel calls? Ctrip customer service is very active, follow up from time to time, hard work!

I contacted the airport pick-up service in advance, but it was announced that I had to wait for an hour. The room towels and bath towels were not clean, almost every piece had black spots, the slippers were smelly, there was no hair dryer, and the disposable toothbrush was in The super mini toothpaste that came with it, the paste didn't even squeeze out a centimeter, but she could only barely brush it once, and she didn't give the toothbrush set after cleaning the next day, waiting for her to ask for it. The coffee stains on the coffee cup, the broken shower in the shower room, and the floor drain are not working well. I went to the front desk and went back at night to be the same. Hey, maybe there are no tourists, no business, and no employees. Yeah, not so good, won't be going again

We were family of four staying in this hotel. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, it makes you feel at home. They help arrange transportation to go around the town and both Tuk tuk driver and car driver are super nice. I have never seen all employees in a hotel are super friendly and put all effort to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast buffet is nice. The pool is super clean and the gym covers basic needs. Our flight back is over check out time (almost midnight). They prepared a room for us to shower. If you ever go to siem reap, this hotel is definitely worth to be chosen.

Hotel staff was very friendly with a great variety of breakfast options. Location was within walking distance to the night market and old market area with lots of food and shopping choices. Room was clean and private. Booking tours through the hotel is easy and affordable. Highly recommend for any traveler.

I was here for 5 nights first I booked only 2 nights for working purposes hotel very kind to provide early checkin because I travelled from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap night time and arrive early than checkin hours, after the exhausting journey when I get in the room it was surprisingly with the design which I like and feel so comfortable with the bed and the setup. Bathroom and Toilet was separate so it’s easy for me or other travelers traveling for 2 people. The aircon was working well and the environment in this hotel was freshly along with green plants. Hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. If you talk about location this hotel is the best surrounding by many restaurants, pharmacy, old market and the most popular place is PubStreet. After 2 nights stay I decided to extended my stay for another 3 night without hesitate. Good value for your trip in Siem Reap
