1. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, and all the problems raised are solved attentively. Although the hotel is a little far from the airport, hotel pick-up and drop-off is very convenient. The surrounding area near the Arc de Triomphe is full of Southeast Asian style. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Will choose next time.
Moved from continental plaza to Ji hotel for our last night in Vientiane. The hotel is especially for Chinese touristā¦ itās good and not goodā¦ based in old Chinatown, the hotel is on the 6st floor of a building. Inside itās very nice, quite new, and service was nice. Then come the morning and the included breakfastā¦ only Chinese food combinationā¦ not really choicesā¦ no coffee, no orange juice or else, only a cup of milkā¦ some porridges and Chinese rice rolls or buns and eggs, these kind of combinationā¦ not attractive at allā¦ to eat the breakfast you have to go to 1st floor and walk outside to a partnered restaurant who will serve you a choice of 5 Chinese combinations food. Workers of the hotel are nice but donāt speak English only Chineseā¦ have a rooftop swimming pool and a gym but exposed to sunshine so it was too hot to swim or to gym š¤.

Wonderful relatively new hotel and great value for the money. Service especially for breakfast is exceptional. Great rooftop bar/restaurant! Very clean, well maintained and great location near night market, outdoor food markets and central old town Vientiane. My only negative would be the thickness of the pillows (to thick for my sore neck) but a thinner pillow is just my preference.
This hotel is in a great location, with friendly, knowledgeable staff, and excellent service. Well worth the price for the absolutely clean room and atmosphere. Will definitely stay again.
The hotel room is big and clean it is comfortable, with big swimming pools š especially I love the welcoming fruit itās nice and fresh, the hotel breakfast is very good, and the staff is very nice and friendly,
The hotel's internet is very fast.

Chandara was a wonderful experience for my parents and I. Itās a little bit older but has charming architecture and lovely common areas. The pool is wonderful and the staff was as smiling and willing to help us with anything we needed. Not too far from the riverside and with bicycles available for rent, I highly recommend staying here.
Although the app only booked for 1 day, I actually stayed at this hotel for a total of 8 days, I lived here during the loss of my passport.
In general, if you live for 8 days, the breakfast dishes will never be changed, so you will be a little scared.
Then I encountered a cockroach in the room, but it may be because there was a problem with the housekeeping communication for a while, so I didn't come in to clean during that period, and there was food in our room.
But overall, the staff service attitude is good, people are very polite, will try their best to solve your difficulties.
And as long as you can speak English, there are basically people at the front desk who can assist, but the night shift can't communicate in English at all, which is more troublesome.
If compared to the surroundings, this should be considered the best hotel nearby.
It is also very close to the city center, and the traffic is very convenient. No matter whether you want to go out to play or do things, the location is very advantageous.

Excellent
SserselCleanliness: Generally very clean room. Not sure when itās opened but looks like everything is new and nice.
Room size: Quite a bit space including a desk.
Staff: Super friendly and helpful.
Food: Hotel restaurant has great food with cheaper prices. Initially I didnāt book breakfast but their $5 breakfast was definitely worth the money.
There are not many options around.
Amenities: Thereās a nice pool although I didnāt have time to use. Would be great in hot days.
Can also ride a bike for $2 per day.
Location: Itās out of the city in a quiet area. It wasnāt a problem for me as I was looking for a quiet place for good sleep, but the location might be problem if you want to be in the city center with many restaurant options.
They have free shuttle bus twice a day at 6 & 7 pm. Alternatively can bike under 10 mins. Havenāt tried but Iām sure theyāll be happy to help if taxi or tuktuk is requested.
Overall: Considering the price, it was a great stay for me.
AAnonymous UserLocation is very good, near some supermarkets, near night food market, and surrounded by street food and local restaurants, easy to walking everywhere,
Staff really nice and friendly, they provide drinking water, water heater, instant coffee.
Bed in female dorm is comfy, but air conditioning needs more cold, no soap and shampoo in the bathroom.
They have schedule of green bus
FFakhruddinHaving recently spent five delightful days and four nights in Vientiane for a business trip with a touch of leisure, I found myself charmed by the Riverside Hotel. Its strategic location in the heart of the city made it the perfect base for exploring Vientiane's vibrant energy.
A mere two-minute walk from the famous Vientiane night market, the hotel offered easy access to the city's bustling core. For those seeking iconic landmarks, the Hard Rock Cafe Vientiane was just a five-minute stroll away. This convenient location proved invaluable throughout my stay.
The staff at the Riverside Hotel truly deserve a special mention. Their genuine friendliness and helpfulness were a constant source of warmth during my visit. The family-run atmosphere added a personal touch, making me feel welcome and cared for. I was particularly impressed when they accommodated my early check-in at 8.30am (arriving from Bangkok) without hesitation ā a huge relief after a long travel day. Thank you again, Riverside Hotel!
My room on the 6th floor offered a delightful surprise ā a balcony with a view of the city. The room itself was clean, neat, and thoughtfully simple, perfectly suited to my needs. A personal highlight was the separate shower area in the bathroom ā a detail that promotes hygiene and creates a more comfortable experience.
While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, it was well-maintained and offered a decent variety. The fresh fruits were a particular delight, and I would love to see more vegetarian options added in the future ā a minor suggestion for improvement. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, changing towels daily and keeping the room clean and tidy throughout my stay.

GGuest UserHotel staff and owner are friendly especially the staff even though they have difficulties to communicate they try to make you feel comfortable. Help to carry your luggage upstairs. Location near the Food Market and Night Market. Walking distance 12 minutes to near Talat Mall which sell alot of merchandise worth the visit. Food Market have varieties of food but hardly places to sit and eat. The night market does not have food stall those want to visit make sure fill up the tummy.

PPatcharin JongjaiThe room size is quite small, suitable for a solo traveler or a stay of no more than two nights. The walls are thin, so you can hear people walking and talking outside. The breakfast is tasty but lacks variety.
The location is convenient, as it is close to a shopping mall. However, the elevator service is insufficient for the number of guests. Many Chinese tourists staying at the hotel showed poor etiquette, smoking in non-smoking areas and causing the entire hotel to smell unpleasant. On the other hand, some guests were polite and respectful, adhering to universal manners.
The reception staff provided good service, which was a positive highlight of the stay.
NnickGood location and great room that has a bath. Older building. 2 things I donāt like. Itās a 4 star hotel but the gym whole good is falling apart almost everything is broken. Hotel is too lazy to fix and another offensive thing is a ************ mafia fake massage shop sharing the hotel car park where they probably get commission. So much for a conservative country itās illegal but in Laos I guess you just need a bribe. Itās offensive because the government and hotel have given approval yet it carriers a huge prison term for foreigners doing that in the country some of there laws are like North Korea even worse then China

GGuest UserItās a great bang for your buck this hotel is! Communication is a breeze, and the free airport pickup and transfer to the railway station are just fantastic perks. I messaged them for a pickup as I landed super early, around 7:30 am, and guess what? The driver was already there waiting for me. Talk about service!
The room was spotless and really cozyāI slept like a baby during my stay. Since the hotel is pretty new, theyāre still getting things up and running. For example, the free breakfast ran out quickly because of a big tour group. But no worries, Manager Chan was on it! He quickly whipped up some dumplings for the individual guests like me. How awesome is that?
The front desk staff might struggle a bit with English or Chinese, but theyāre super eager to help. Google Translate can be a lifesaver here. The driver, on the other hand, speaks fluent Chinese. He even offered his WeChat, so you can chat with him in Mandarin easily.
One of my favorite spots was the lobby. Manager Chen often makes tea for himself and invites guests to join in. Heās so friendly and generous with his time. I learned so much about Laos and its culture just by chatting with him.
The only downside is that the hotel is a bit out of the city center and since itās new, Google Maps isnāt quite up to date. This can make it a bit tricky for ride-hailing apps to find the place.
A few little extras like a hair dryer, a city map, and some tour information would be great additions for travelers. But overall, itās a wonderful place to stay!

3383676545The hotel's service is even more remarkable. From check-in to check-out, every step is thoughtful and considerate. Problems can be solved at any time, which makes people feel at ease. The hotel also provides a rich breakfast with a variety of varieties and delicious taste, which injects full energy into the start of the day.
NNikewawaThe location is very good, close to all the major attractions. There is a d-mart supermarket to the south, where you can pay with WeChat, and a large square night market, which is very lively at night. The front desk can communicate in Chinese and exchange currency. As for the facilities and environment, it cannot be compared with Banna hotels of the same price, but for this location and price in Vientiane, the price-performance ratio is quite high
WWanderLensDuring my week-long stay at Mali Namphu Hotel, I was delighted by its warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff's friendliness stood out, always ready with a smile and eager to assist.
The hotel's central location is a major plus
The courtyard, with its lush greenery, offered a serene spot to relax, and the rooftop pool was a refreshing escape.
Breakfast each morning was a pleasant start to the day, featuring a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The on-site restaurant also served delicious meals, making dining in a convenient and enjoyable experience.
Overall, Mali Namphu Hotel offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. It's an excellent choice for travelers seeking a welcoming and cozy stay in the heart of Vientiane.
The average price for hotels in Vientiane is SGD 89 on weekdays, and SGD 90 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
