This hotel was chosen due to it's location near to the centre and the station where we would be travelling in from Hamburg. The price was also excellent which included a full buffet every morning. Check-In, We didn't arrive until 19:30 due to late and cancelled DB trains on our way down from Hamburg! It was the fastest check-in we have ever had and we were given our key which also worked the front door of the hotel. Room, 305 was our room for three nights. This was a great sized room with a mini bar and everything you need for a stay including a super-comfy bed. The separate bathroom had a small walk-in shower which on the odd occasion the water flow was a bit 'hit & miss' so to speak!! No big dramas though!! Food, The food at this hotel is excellent! La Locanda is the hotels restaurant where you have your breakfast. There was a good choice of hot and cold buffet items to set you up for the day and you could eat what you wanted. We did have two evening meals here as well which were fantastic to say the least! My 'Calzone' pizza was absolutely sublime to say the least and the portion size's were huge!! Go with an empty stomach!! Overall, A well located hotel for Luxembourg City! The price is right for this beautiful city and country. There are plenty of buses into town right outside the hotel which the 29 takes you right outside the train station. Make use of the public transport, as at this moment in time it is free to use in the whole country.

Quality hotel where we slept with 3 people. Triple glazing on the road side in a quiet street. Cleanliness of the place and 15% discount if you eat at the restaurant. Special mention for the rich and varied breakfast in the large restaurant room.

This hotel just opened in May 2021, it is very new and worth staying once. There is a coffee machine in the room and the bathrobes are also very nice. This grey series made us feel very relaxed. There are also childhood memories. The most classic style of Playstation 1 and Marshall speakers can sing on the bedside. The hotel front desk is very friendly

Couldn't have been happier with my stay at Empire. The location was ideal, being just across the road from the main train station and tram stop, making it incredibly easy to travel to all the sights that the city has to offer. As for the hotel itself, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend to anyone planning to visit Luxembourg City!

Review of thurs 28.12.23: Room 502 Hotel Grey Luxembourg. Quant hotel open 24 hours. Right across from the main train station. The room was modern with a safe, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, and built-in wall radio Rooms with modern decor and soundproof. The bathroom was nice with a big shower. The reception staff Sabir was very helpful. Free Wi-Fi is available. We did not have breakfast. All trams and buses are free to use. Walking distance to the tourist section. Clean comfortable room. Easy check in. Breakfast was continental in style and better than expected. Coffee, teas, cereals, fruits, pastries, bread, hams and cheeses. Very close to the train station and a short walk to the main part of the city to explore as a tourist.
