The hotel is a wonderful place to rest and move through the medina.
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
The terrace of the hotel, a good one to drink something while you see the evening.

This hotel is located in the old town of Fes, in the alleys, in a thick gate, there is a unique display of its unique charm! I understand that hotels with such characteristics in the ancient city are generally bought by some of the nobles and nobles a long time ago. Later, they built their own palaces and passed on to the characteristic hotels of the present generation! The layout of the lobby is very stylish, and the lounge has a lot of books and features to feel the owner's heart! The butler service is very attentive, remember to stay at this hotel, call the hotel staff in advance to pick you up! Their dinner is great, but make an appointment in advance, and the lamb chops are great!
Breakfast is a local breakfast, see the picture, relatively plain. I like to eat meat in the morning so it is not very appetizing. The hotel itself is really beautiful, the official website said that the 13XX Pasha Palace was refurbished and refurbished. The hotel is located in the old town and is convenient to wherever you go. But the Old City is harder to find, so you must not miss the sign on the wall when you walk! Finally, in a digression, I encountered a small gangster who forced the way to lead money in the alley. Don't want to save money for the sake of saving money!
The Riad Salam Fes provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Fes will find that the Riad Salam Fes is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel is conveniently located just 4km from Fes Railway Station and 17km from Saiss Airport. With Bou Inania Medersa, Talaa Kebira and Nejjarine Museum of Wooden Arts & Crafts all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Fes hotel offers parking on site.
The 14th century house, the building itself is very beautiful and amazing. Breakfast is on the top of the building, the scenery is great, and you can see a large area of medina. The room facilities are also good, basically have everything they should. But the old house also has problems. The soundproofing is too poor. There is a room on the second floor that can be heard up and down by the elevator, and the noise in the aisle will be loud. It was already evening on the day of arrival, and when I entered the house, I rushed into the smell of disinfectant water. The biggest breakdown is that there are 4 power jumps in 2 nights. This kind of thing happens in such a house is really scary. When the staff said that this had never happened before, it made people feel even more terrifying. The traffic is fairly convenient, you can park nearby, and you don’t have to drag your luggage for too long. But this location is actually quite far away from the regular old city activity area, and the shortcuts in the old city don't dare to go at night. We wanted to take a taxi on the side of the road at about four or five o'clock. It was difficult to take a taxi. It seemed that the taxis were full of people. Leaving in the morning, I had to take a taxi to the CTM station. Since it is difficult to call a petit taxi at this location during the day, I asked the front desk to help book a private car. It takes about ten minutes and 100dhr. If you know you have been killed, you can only use this method.
The girl at the front desk is very dedicated and feels like she is sitting there day and night. If you have any questions, just ask her, but it makes people feel that pushing dinner and spa is a bit too much, but I don’t say anything if I refuse. Woke up the morning before leaving and helped us pack breakfast.
The Hotel de La Paix provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Hotel de La Paix is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Fes. The hotel is only 1km from Fes Railway Station and 14km from Saiss Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Tunisia Mosque, Semmarin Medina Gate and Place de Florence. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Fes hotel features parking on site.
Chain hotel, service is very good. The room I checked in had just been renovated and had a bit of a smell, so the front desk helped me change rooms overnight. The surrounding area of the hotel is lively. There are complexes, McDonald's, various restaurants and banks within a ten-minute walk, and it is also very safe. The room facilities are exquisite and the area is slightly small.

Outstanding
BBPierreThe experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :)
I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.
GGuest UserTucked away in the labyrinth alleys of the Medina, Riad Algila transports one into a world of tranquility & elegance. The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside.
Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay.
Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.
GGuest UserThe environment is elegant and the service is in place. The bed sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers are all replaced during daily room cleaning. I stayed at the Marriott in Fez and asked the hotel to help wash all the dirty clothes accumulated during the trip. The clothes will be washed in different ways according to the material, which is great!
TTallie LemesThis is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!
AAngie Laibaby ArmchannelLove this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.
AAnubhavThe hotel room and service was excellent!! They accommodated our every request we had asked for
Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always
The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice
Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.
AAlex RLWe were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Volubilis. We hesitated to book the hotel because of some bad reviews about not having hot water and the staff being unfriendly (especially to Asians). But we decided to book anyways because of its location and quite affordable price.
We were arriving to Fez at around 5pm, and we were told staying at the Medina wouldn't be worth it. Since we were catching a flight the next morning, we thought it would be more convenient to stay in the new city. So, despite some of the bad reviews, we decided to spend the night at Hotel Volubilis.
Its location turned out to be great. It's right at the center and by the main avenue. There are lots of places to eat at walking distance and there are several Carrefours closeby also at walking distance.
The staff was nice and they welcomed us well and took our request for a taxi to the airport in the morning. So, we have no complaints about the staff.
Our room was big with a terrace. The room was old but clean. The terrace had no table or chairs, but it was okay.
The bathroom was also big and we had no issues with the hot water. We showered at arrival and in the morning and water was hot and with pressure.
The thing that we missed the most in the room was a fridge.
Other than that, all good and acceptable. Though we agree with the other comments saying that this is not a 4-star hotel by ”global” standards.
AAmiUsed by two women.
I am located in the middle of the old city and I think you can enjoy the atmosphere of Fes as it is.
Because it is a riad, the interior is in Moroccan style, the tiles are cute, and the tension is increased.
Add the welcome drink mint tea.
The staff is very very friendly! !
If you are late and leave early in the morning but want to shop,
He told me what he wanted because it did not open in the morning, so he visited recommended shops and restaurants.
I’m sure it’s not very cheap, I was taken to a shop near my friends,
I don't know if it's right or right, I'm very grateful soon.
I didn’t give a tip because I could meet the next day,
In the end, I couldn't meet and pass.
No request. I really want to pass it.
Each sheet of paper has 15DH printout service.
The cost of a taxi to the airport is 200DH per person.
It may be a little higher than the market price, but I think it can.
I think there is no towel.
The drainage in the shower is a bit bad.
It is easy to block immediately, but it is fine to discard a small amount.
With breakfast
Simple bread and jam, orange juice, etc. appeared.
I feel good eating on the roof.
I want to stay for about three nights!
The average price for hotels in Fes is AED 387 on weekdays, and AED 388 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
