Best Marrakech Hotels

It came out and found beautiful, many beautiful flowers, and very quiet. I have never seen other guests except the restaurant. The hotel can pick up and drop off guests, not to call a taxi. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! Very good! We upgraded to a villa room, and the room was like a palace. The hotel garden was more beautiful than the scenic spot. The free airport shuttle cars were very luxurious. The flight luggage was delayed, and the butler and the front desk helped to call the airport to urge the luggage. Finally, we got it smoothly. Thank you very much! If you catch the right price, I really recommend experiencing Mandarin Oriental!

Nice hotel, not too extravagant and not the top of the 5* selection available in Marrakesh. Staff are friendly and professional but not the most helpful. Good value for money. Taxis needed 24/7 as the hotel is located 20 mins drive from the city centre.

Everything was great: service, cleanliness and especially the music at the bar was great, the musician Momo is a talent.

After check-in, the socket in the room suddenly exploded, and the whole room was out of power! Then I changed the room a little better. Both rooms are not very clean! In addition, at breakfast, after eating, sit and rest for a while! As a result, a fat waiter came over and said that if he finished eating, he went out to rest outside the restaurant and didn't use some polite language. Even the French beauty next to me heard me speak and asked why they wanted to do this to me! And then the French beauty let me sit! The hotel's pool garden is OK! Not far from the train station!

Very nice hotel, free refreshments are provided during check-in, and the overall environment is clean and hygienic. The suite we booked has two bedrooms with two bathrooms, which is too reasonable for three women. Breakfast is basic bread with a variety of sauces. I ordered the hotel’s meal when I was hungry and sent it to my terrace to eat. Enjoying the evening’s beautiful scenery, eating, drinking and chatting, it was so enjoyable.

By far the best place I've stayed in Morocco or maybe anywhere... Beautiful hand crafted traditional decor throughout, with a with spotless new modern bathroom fixtures and air conditioning. The staff are super helpful with anything needed, with phone numbers to hand if you need anything when outside the Riad. 10 out of 10
