Really mediocre as you would expect from a City Express. Despite the good efforts from the staff, the chain rules are despicable. Avoid the first floor rooms are there is a permanent humming sound from the AC machines or people running through the aisles. No extra mile. You get (less than) what you paid .

Pretty good price quality relation. Rooms are spacious and the location is excellent if you have business in the south part of the city. Will definitely repeat.

I had a week at this Radisson chosen for its proximity to the National University. It was an extremely comfortable stay although I was only there at night. Staff were efficient and welcoming and I had fabulous attention from Alberto on the door arranging my morning taxi. I only had to tell him what I needed on day one and after that when he saw me coming he took the initiative to get a car and tell the taxista where I was going. I had room service which was prompt and good and ate in the restaurant on the last night and again found Staff attentive. I enjoyed the food. Location is also opposite a huge mall including every shop you might want plus restaurants cinemas etc. A hop on hop off tour bus used to stop there but with covid the routes have changed. All up very good choice for what I needed.

If you have the fridge, it would be more convenient for the family stay. Generally good service, kind staffs. And if you have the instruction we can dispose the toilette tissues on the toilette bowl, it would be kind for the no Mexican visitors.

A great place to stay****, the room was very spacious, everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The view from the terrace is very beautiful.

We returned to Mexico City for the first time in several years, and this time with two young children. The experience at fiesta inn was an excellent first night. We had a car and the parking staff was helpful and professional. Upon entering the lobby, the sensation was one of cleanliness, professionalism, and calm. We needed two more towels in our room and upon calling reception, someone brought the towels within less than five minutes. We ate dinner in El Centro de Tlalpan, which was close with an auto. The next morning we ate breakfast and the restaurant staff was extremely attentive. The food was delicious and everything was very clean. Our kids wanted to use the pool and we found the pool well-maintained impeccably clean, and the temperature of the water was perfect. Based on this night, we canceled our reservation at another chain and reserve two more nights at Fiesta Inn Colonia Centro. We would definitely return if we needed to be in the south part of Mexico City once again.
