Compared with several other small hotels in the vicinity, this hotel is definitely above them all in terms of comfort - nice bed with good pillows, beautiful decor, good showers too. But the room with a large double bed does not leave much space to move about. Breakfast is very basic, provided in several sets, out of which you have to choose only one.

For a 4-Star hotel, the facilities and service are on par with other hotels in the region and the price is reasonable. The only setback was that after parking the car in the basement, I could not open the door acess to the hotel lift because I did not have the pin number that was required to open the door. Luckily a maintenance crew who was passing by helped me to open the door. When I qestioned the receptionist, I was told that we must call them to obtain the pin number and open the door. I feel this is quite absurd because it was not mentioned while I did the booking on the internet, nor was there any message from the hotel about this requirement.

This hotel is awesome, despite its a two star hotel, it has a strong air con Daikin, and a ceiling fan, it has all the basic amenities like disposable toothbrush and 3 in 1 shampoo and shower liquid.
On top of that I get to have a nice Mountain View from my room window π¬

The new reception counter guys were rude and harsh... The aircond switched off the main and for many hours from morning until afternoon... They switched off purposely... However I'm totally disappointed with the hotel service provided by them... Regardless of them to switch off the main without any electricity running in the room... Plus I'm having heat stroke and it's very humid and hot π₯π₯π₯

We stayed over on 15/03/2022.. It was a reasonably comfortable room.. The staff were very helpful but what beat all was when one family member left a wallet under the bed cover, we were terrified as we hd driven abt 30 mins away from hotel.. I called hotel staff Divi to check our room.. Almost certain she was not going respond as she was busy even when we checked out earlier.. But to our surprise, she answered the phone & listened to us calmly & promised to get back to us.. Abt 5 mins later, she called from our room & told she found the wallet.. The hotel owner is very fortunate to have a staff like Divi.. Lavana don't let Ms Divi go..
