The room is not satisfactory, at first I got a 3rd floor room.. no towels, soap. The toilet smells bad and when I go in, I want to use the toilet bowl cover. Oh God, the toilet is blocked full of stools ... very annoying and I vomited very stunned to see it ... is really trauma! Then you can change another room next to saje, thank you, the toilet is ok and there is a soap towel. The mattress hurts, it feels like there is no sponge ... the pillow is not comfortable. The room is not very soundproof, you can hear the people next door open the shower, pick the switch, you can clearly hear people coming in and out of the room. When you open the window, you want to enter the air, there is a unpleasant smell like a dirty steam smell.
The okay thing is that the price can be in trip.com , the employees are good and quickly come to the room when they tell us a problem and are friendly and polite. Parking is limited but can be double park promise to tell the hotel and parking does not have to pay.

One of my favourite hideouts for a short escape from the city.
As usual check in was a breeze n had an extremely good lunch of Curry Fish. Breakfast spread was ample with the usual Local dishes & some pastries . There's a coffee dispenser that serves Cappuccino.
IMPT NOTE : The tour buses parked had their engine running and the diesel fumes spoil the clean air!
PLS OFF THE ENGINE while waiting to pick up / off load passengers !

Great room. Very satisfied.. got the 3 room. From the outside it looks like a place to live. Enter the room ok. It looks like new paint. Ok.. if you bring a lot of family, you want to save the budget. This place is a choice. Next to the heavenly mosque again. The picture in the room.hmm..change the picture of the flower scene to strawberry. The others are ok.

The homestay is spacious, but quite old already. Don't expect too much.
Location is great because near to a Bazaar, can shop for foods and stuff easily.
The take key location is not same as the homestay location, have to check properly the location before going to the stay to avoid any inconvenience.

GGuest UserThis is a great hotel for visiting the Cameron highlands. As it is such a remote area, I did not expect many of the luxuries and benefits of being in a city. The colonial architecture and decor is beautiful and gives a vintage feel. Our stay was comfortable and we were easily able to get grab taxis to the locations we wanted to visit
My only real criticism is that the place was not very well soundproofed at all. You can hear traffic from the road outside which only seemed to stop between 12 and 6 in the morning. During these hours there would only be one or two cars pass by every hour - however, the rest of the time there would be loud motorcycles drive by loudly. Luckily, my wife and I had brought earplugs

AAnonymous UserFirst time check in....harga murah sbb jatuh hari Deepavali tau.. Fuhh..naseb tak makan jem.. Sbb ada tanah runtuh kt simpang pulai.. Mula2 macam takut sebab banglo besar kot.. Rupanya tuan dia renovate jadikan homestay bygkan ada 10+ kot tak ingat dah... Lokasi homestay ni dekat giloss dgn pasar mlm.. Sis jalan kaki je dgn ank sedare pegi.. . Sekali imbas je jumpa owner dia.. Baik betul ramah je aunty..(cantik mcm pelakon Hindustan tau) btw ada 3 tingkat.. Kami dot tingkat atas sekali.. Fuhh.. Memula dok pikirkan mak cane nak naik ni.. Skali ade lif gais.. Mcm saye ngn ank sedara turun pakai tangga je.. Bilik saye ada 2 bilik and katil ada 7 gaiss..ibarat mcm sebuah apartment laa.. Pastu ada byk Bantal pulak tu..kami berempat je.. Toilet pulak ada asing utk yak2 dan mandi.. Dua2 toilet boleh mandi dgn heater... Siap ada sinki kt luar.. Dapor dia pulak ada mikrowave, peti ais 1 pintu, cerek, dapor elektrik dannnn ada periuk segala lah.. Cukup lengkap oii.. Pastu ada balkoni skali...tuala disediakn ye gaisss...ruang tamu ada sofa yg selesa.. Ada tv dan ada wifi.. So.. Anak2 korang tak bosan walaupun xde pool..😬 Pastu.. Oppss lupe.. Nanti ms check in diorg akan mtk depo Rm100 refund balik incase rumah diorg cantik mcm biasa.. 😅 Cuma dalam bilik 1 tu ade kipas.. Lg 1 xde kipas.. Patut ada jgk sbb ada time dia mcm rasa haba berkuap sikit.. Tp overall ok je.. Dan lg 1 mybe pihak homestay boleh sediakn alas kaki dan selipar.. Sejuk oo.. AAnonymous UserThe 2-bedroom apartment was overall nice and comfortable. The furniture, though a bit old, was clean and well-maintained, just like the bed and mattress, which were also clean and in good condition. However, the water heater was not an instant type and needed 30 minutes to heat up, which was a bit inconvenient.
Unfortunately, our experience took a negative turn on the day of check-out. Around 10:30 AM, the electricity supply to our unit was cut off. We immediately contacted the hotel reception, and they arranged for a technician who arrived at 11:15 AM. Upon inspection, the technician informed us that the distribution board was damaged and couldn't be repaired. He mentioned that customer service would arrange a temporary room for us to shower since Cameron Highlands is cold, and this provided us with some relief at the time. However, the hotel never arranged for an alternative, and we ended up having to shower with cold, freezing water.
While the apartment itself was comfortable, the lack of proper follow-up and service during the power outage left us disappointed.

GGuest UserWe booked this place because of its location and parking. It's quite near to restaurants and there's parking but you need to pay with TNG or Pahang Go app. The hotel is old with lift but no aircon or fan. You still need a fan as you don't want the windows wide open at night. Some moths flew in. Also it can be noisy if the room is facing the road. Mine was facing the hills but still noisy with stray dogs barking and smell from the restaurant's cooking below. We made a complaint as the hotel didn't tell us upfront that there's no fan. However, the boss provided the fan after our complaint. Overall the place was clean and there's hot water with good pressure.

Alimentary: 3/5 TV can watch couples of hours and the became no picture. Microwave broken (replacement-yes), mini Fridge cold, WiFi good connection.
Microwave oven broken with sparks inside whenever switching on the power. Found unused tampons (tuala wanita) underneath the microwave oven. Replacement of microwave after informed the hotel staffs. Maintenance staffs came for check on TV but unable to fix, so we best embrace the suck 🙄
Found crocahes 🪳 underneath the couch and lots of dust (look at the tissue with my hand palms on).
If you're okay with that, then the hotel deal is great with cheapest price, otherwise you might changed your mind.

1) perfect location, near to literally all attractions
2) my room water heater was good with good water pressure
3) parking was allright, had spots both the days
The bad things
1) room was smelly , the towels were old towels that felt dirty after one use, requested for towels on the 1st day itself but didnt get till we checked out. Only had showel gel , no other toiletries provided. The mattress was old and had a few tears and the blanket felt like it wasnt washed.
2) cabinet had holes in it , which was giving out a bad odour at night.
3) zero ventilation , no A/C , was so stuffy and no fan provided, we ended up buying a table fan. Yes camerons is cold but the place really needs air circulation.
Overall , its an old place that needs some major refurbishment and cleaning.
Will i stay here again? Nope.
