I have made a reservation many times, there also got mall nearby, which is quite convenient :)

I booked a Double Room type, no window. It placed 1 queen bed size. The interior decoration looks attractive Mediterranean style. However, this room does not provide a wardrobe (only 2 clothes hangers). There are only rack cabinet & flats TV with limited broadcasts. No mini fridge & safety box. Electric kettle, coffee, tea & sugar were provided along with roll tissue. The bathroom is very nice & clean. 2 bath towels & 1 small towel provided. The water heater works well. Bathroom toiletries include only one bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo.

The hotel will give visitors a parking access card. Visitors are required to park in the basement & in the reserved parking box. The safety features in the parking area are satisfactory. Security guards are often seen patrolling. From the basement parking lift you can go directly to the hotel room level.

The atmosphere of the lobby is very pleasant with a Mediterranean-style concept. In one corner of this lobby, there are selling of dry food items & also dishes that I guess are imported from China. Chinese pottery decorations & a book of interpretation of the Quran in Chinese are also on display. Very nice.

Breakfast is not provided in the package. However, the hotel gaves free breakfast vouchers at the Muslim Chinese restaurant next to the hotel. It's just that the menu options are limited. I ordered Mi Tarik Soup & Fried Dumplings. Anyway, I'm very satisfied.

BBELLA TAII recently enjoyed a short but memorable getaway with friends at Cyberview Resort, and it was exactly what we needed to unwind. The resort offers a peaceful environment surrounded by lush greenery, creating a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a touch of traditional charm. We especially loved the comfortable beds and the private balconies that overlooked the gardens. The pool area was a highlight — well-maintained and ideal for both relaxation and fun.
Service was warm and attentive. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. We also had a great time at the resort's restaurant, where the food was delicious with a good variety of local and international dishes.
Overall, Cyberview Resort was the perfect setting for quality time with friends. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or simply catching up over coffee, the serene surroundings make every moment feel special. Highly recommended for a short and sweet escape!

WWalidkuValue for money. Room is clean and cozy. Just nice for a short trip. A lot of nearby restaurants. Parking is very difficult during lunch or peak periods. During evening and night time, it much easier to find parking at flat rate of RM8 per nite.

SSN5The hotel was excellent. The receptionist was very attentive and upgraded our room to a bigger one. It had all the amenities in the room. Iron board, hair dryer, stove and more. But one minus point for the room which has no air conditioner but they provided fan. Probably their air conditioner was on maintenance during our stay. But overall will stay again!

AAnonymous UserThe room I booked was used for a drama shooting. Checked in quite late at 6pm and it was still being used. I asked to change the room and the receptionist said cannot because the other room with the same price was fully booked. Then they asked to continue shooting in the room, i said no. Then i went to the receptionist and asked for refund and they said cannot since i am already there. Then, I accidentally left my tumbler inside the fridge after i checked out. I called the hotel and no one answered the call. So i guess this will be my first and last time i came here since my experience can be considered as not a good one with this hotel. The room was okay, the toiletries given is the basic one — shower + shampoo (2 in 1 gel), toothbrush. No extra pillow. You get what you pay for (or even less) 🥺

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils. Provided with a washing machine too. Last but not least, the night view is spectacular.
