Check in was very poor due to peak season. The check in took about 2 hours and no late check-out was given. Monkeys Canopy really needs to look into this matter. Othen that, overall is okay and meeting the expectation. The food selection for breakfast is quite varieties.

Iris Hotel is quite near to the Stadium Kajang, Satay Kajang & MRT Station, just 6-10 min walking distance. The accommodation is quite good and comfy, cleanliness OK, just the towel provided is thin & slightly small. Warm water dispenser and roadside car parking spaces available.

I choose this hotel because the distance is short to my next destination. I hope my review will help others to book this hotel for next trip.
1. Value for money (below RM100).
2. Parking not easily available front of the hotel.
3. The front desk officer is very friendly and pleasant.
4. The room cleanliness is just nice for 2 occupants.
5. The AC and Heater were in good conditions and functioning well.
6. The toilet pipe needs to get repaired.
7. Noise by the downstairs hawkers.

The location of the hotel is easier to find, the price is relatively close to the people, the environmental facilities are average, the decoration is old, it looks relatively old, the surrounding meals are more convenient, the service is okay, there are waiters who can understand Chinese, and it doesnāt matter if they donāt speak English. That's it, thank you!

Was great! Not very crowded and easy car parking
ROOM :-
We requester the rooms with the glass window bathroom but got it a normal one , but it's okay we were just fine with it. However we book a deluxe king which was not the same as the picture shown online , bed setting was totally different but it's okay.
STAFF :-
They were just okay. The guy receptionist which worked when on the evening shift during was very friendly and we loved his service.
LIFT :-
It will be great if you can take note about the lift , cause everytime it stops at any floor it make some sort of sound and movement which made us thought the first time lift has stopped and we're stuck in it but it was just how its stopped to open up š
OVERALL :-
The 3 days and 2 night stay was just fine.

MMNS_96Overall for me okay. Cuma yang menjadi kurang okay mula jam 4 pagi bunyi mcm dlm bideo dekat bawah ni. Sampailah ke pagi. Stay dekat 3rd floor. Banyak kali terjaga sebab benda ni. Not stop dekat situ je, pukul 5-6 pagi pulak dengar lagu cabilla cabillo dengan adele nak tido tapi telayan dengan lagu jadi malas nak gerak siot š
