Everything is good, about Swiss Belhotel Kuantan; most importantly the breakfast buffet was a good spread with a variety of dishes and affordable price.Another plus is that the beach is just behind the hotel. Finally, appreciation goes to Puan Amy at the reception who made the stay worthwhile as she was very accomodative. She changed my room from the 12th floor to 26th floor in which the view was breahtaking. Good location too.

If you can easily doze off, then the bedding is of great quality. The feel of a proper 4 star hotel room, with very decent smell, the room was highly satisfactory for a solo trip on business. Con. (1) Makan (meal) a bit susah (difficult). But having said that, the closest kopitiam hardly 2 kms away, Kemaman Kopitiam. (2) suburb Pros. (1) Nice room. (2) Easy to get in and out - Parking is like at your own house (except you have to be a bit patient if there's another car in the way).

Looks nice on the outside but lack cleanliness in the inside. Great location as it's situated in the town center with highly accessible to malls & restaurants. Interior design were modern & rustic, nice but overly rustic over time as deco were old & filled with spider cobwebs, standing lamps on the corridor were rusty & yellowish & filled with cobwebs, there's even long string of cobwebs in the bathroom ceiling. Plenty of mosquitoes in the bathroom/room, and that's the least thing you want from being infected with dengue as it's dengue season (raining season) now. Furnitures in the room (bedframes, cupboards, table) were old as you can tell the colors of the wood had became lighter / faded. Got a room with a keycard that doesn't work at all, was very frustrated & asked to change to another room but the owner said the place was fully booked. In the end, they gave us a key to unlock/lock the door every time we leave the room. While checking out, the staff accused us of taking a spoon when only 1 spoon were given during our stay. In the end, they just say it's ok & we left. If they do refurbish this place & do a proper cleaning, I would definitely return here to stay.

We recently had a wonderful family vacation at Timurbay Seafront Residences. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Our kids especially loved the swimming pools, which were clean and well-maintained.
The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy home away from home. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to families looking for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. ย

EEva_CascadiaDue to last minute booking, we managed to get a twin bed room .But the room is quite rundown, with window facing the main road and cant close tight, we cant sleep well the whole night as the noise can be heard whenever the cars passing by during midnight. The breakfast also not satisfactory, as we step in the cafeteria around 930am, the food is not much left and with no replenishment. I understand this hotel is budget hotel but the hotel charge is raised due to the peak season, the service and quality of service should raise in tandem with the service charged in order to be fair to the customer like us'.

GGuest UserLocation is very strategic. Right on Jalan Besar where all the nice cafe is. (Kula Cake, Kuantan Pickers, Tjantek, Kopi & Teh, Akar Kopi, Lena Cafe, Sup Ayam Kampung) to name a few. River Esplanade is just right behind the hotel. Our room is facing the river, upon request. To my suprise for the price, the hotel is very clean. Tv has many channel including sport. A mini fridge & sejadah. I bet the hotel is recently refurbish as it has a nice new paint coating & flooring. And so does the bathroom. They even offer connecting room, which is good if you are travelling in group & to my suprise they have lift. Parking is easy & plenty, but by the counsil. So we paid around RM4.50 daily or RM0.65 per hour. Overall, if you are in Kuantan for Jalan Jalan Cari Makan. I truly recommend this hotel.

ZZandra ChuaRoom was very clean, but when the room was tidied up the next day, the floor mat in the bathroom had not been replaced, and it was still very damp. I called the receptionist and asked housekeeping to come and replace it, but no one came to deal with the matter at all. I was a little dissatisfied with this because The toilet totally smells.

LLuqman AdananInteresting place with over 100 years of history. Sadly not much artefacts of items on display to engage visitors. Just a short ride into the mine with an old mining train and then a short walk inside with stories along the tunnel. Besides there is not much to see inside the tunnel. No tour guide at all, not sure if it is bcos of MCO lock down. Could hv done it up better with historical and interactive displays. Most would find it boring except the fact it is the longest combined subterranean tunnel in the world at 322km.
