"Positive side: There's electric jug provided, even though no tea/coffee sachet there. TV functions well. Three mirrors including one in the bathroom. There's a wardrobe but not enough space to hang the towels. Got air conditioner n fan. Negative side: The room was quite small for triple. The double and single bed were combined together😔. The toilet was dirty especially the toilet bowl, there were stains everywhere ☹️. Only two lamps in the room without bed lamp, one switch for them. No lift... Luckily our room is only on the second floor."

There is no parking provided on-site; guests need to park at a nearby open car park about a 5-minute walk away, which requires a fee. Overall, it’s a decent place if you prioritize location and service."

"Repeated stay due to convenient location with shopping malls, eateries and tourist attractions. However the check in experience was bad, wonder where are all the friendly n welcoming front desk staffs? Guests gotta greet them first before they greet guests😂 Used to meet many friendly n smiling FD staffs during my visits to stay at Hatten and even recommended my friends to stay at Hatten. But the standard of proffessionalism seems to drop.🤔My room aircon not cold enough n the room is humid, since only 1 night stay for this trip, the tiredness n the check in experience puts me off for a room change🙁 Almost slipped n fell in the bathroom due to water leaking to floor after shower. After checking maybe due to old rubber glass door strips not covering the full door panel thus causing water to escape😱😤 Despite all above, it is still my first choice n a good clean hotel to stay.😃 Just hope the hotel can go through some renovation to refresh and upgrade the rooms as some counter surface in the bathroom areas are chipped. Hope to see some family rooms with x2 double beds or x1 queen bed with x1 single bed with views too!😃"

"The check in was smooth and easy by very friendly staff who also gave good information about hotel facilities. The overall stay experience was very pleasant. The food quality at Makan Kitchen was very good with very good spread of buffet dinner. Amin at Makan Kitchen was so helpful and friendly in arranging my dinner booking and I really appreciate it."

"Stayed here for 2 nights from Monday to Wednesday and we won't be staying here again. Parking space was extremely limited. The ratio to the rooms were completely off. Less than 20 lots available in a hotel with so many rooms and we had to park in the streets. Noise insulation was extremely poor. We stayed in the corner balcony room at the end of the long corridor but we could hear the big groups talking loudly as they took photos at the photo wall. Staffs doing maintenance work in the morning were talking loudly in the morning outside our room, banging doors and slamming things. Other noise include dragging the chairs, foot steps in the room above ours, the renovation noise in the carpark in the morning, motorbikes at night and in the early morning. The room was also dusty and there was a layer of dust on the TV screen and on surfaces. Towels were old, grey in colour from years of using and should have been changed. Toiletries like body wash, shampoo and conditioner was only enough for one person that we ended up buying our own. It is a beautiful hotel but at $170 a night with breakfast, I'll choose to stay at Liu Men which is much better in value, quieter and has ample parking space."

"The check in wasnt that smooth. We need to wait til almost 5pm to get the QR code. The unit is quite spacious. Since we up at 12th floor and last unit, the open window at the service yard, the sound of howling winds give me a bit creep. Felt like someone banging on the door. But i really enjoy the view from the balcony."

"Hi, we taught had booked a hotel room at Grandeur Hotel & Spa but end up with a shoplot rooms wt a different budget hotel under same management so called ”Avaria Hotel”. Its just a queen size bedroom provided not as booked room earlier, don't have lift only staircase to 2nd flr so get ready to carry your heavy luggage & pls purchase mineral botol since u have to walk downstairs to refill fr waterfilters provided, bedsheets looks quite old but ok clean... Just nice for a night stay, bathroom is ok wt hot shower filter, nearest food restaurants & a strategic place to city centre"
