Best Melaka Hotels

Positive side: There's electric jug provided, even though no tea/coffee sachet there. TV functions well. Three mirrors including one in the bathroom. There's a wardrobe but not enough space to hang the towels. Got air conditioner n fan. Negative side: The room was quite small for triple. The double and single bed were combined together😔. The toilet was dirty especially the toilet bowl, there were stains everywhere ☹️. Only two lamps in the room without bed lamp, one switch for them. No lift... Luckily our room is only on the second floor.

Although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs, but the sheets are a little dirty, 😓

The reception team were exceptionally friendly! The hotel Is nice. It was very clean and the room was good. There are a few things that could be renovated, like the plug socket and shower head, but I would stay again. There was apparently an issue with the aircon which they informed me about when I checked in, but this was never an issue. The location is exceptional. It is a 30 second walk to Jonker street and there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops and cultural attractions in every direction you walk from the hotel. Great find, would recommend.

Hotel facilited with fridge, tv, aircon abit slow bt works awhile to cool, but good after awhile. Instant kopi, green tea bags, mineral water & toothpaste/brush, general soaps provided. Hotel is a few steps frm lobby to a kerabat coffeeshop- anytime for kopi ikat tepi, & surrounding are great bazaars at the front pitched at evening, left is pahlawan bazaar of ur nice dodol, keropoks, chincaloks shopping & malls & shopping ctr front & safari themed Karaoke at hotel’s right area. Dnt forget Menara taming sari just across hotel abt 50m to experience. All is so convenient & accessible & Bus coach at escadia hotel was also a 10mins less walk. Definitely needs a good walking shoes, walk all day/night frm jonker street bazaar to melaka river cruise & historics sites. Thank u Hotel Explorer, our Melacca stay with you was a nice one

I had an overnight trip with parents during CNY period. It is very fabulous and wonderful service from the hotel. This is my first time to stay. Definitely paying such fee is worth it as their service quality is very great. Of course facility there also can satisfy me well. I like their shower system as well. Quite nice and comfortable. I definitely will pay for next stay again if have chance of coming to Malacca.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel, after a few year after I still choosing this hotel. So far everything still good for me just having some unpleasant experience need to feedback. Firstly, I’m booking this hotel room with 2 single bed, but after check at the counter they only can provide me one king-bed, I staying with my sister I tell that we want seperate bed room, at the end they give add in one additional portable bed in my room. So that I only can let me sister using the king size bed and I’m tall and big size guy using the portable bed for 2 night and make me very uncomfortable. Second, the hotel room like a signal blocking zone, our mobile phone 5g own data like very weak signal to receive in there, and the hotel WiFi provided by was more funny, some time appear some time disappear. Third. the room should doing some maintenance, some corner the wood is chip, in the bathroom the shower hanger is damage and the shower very dirty of water mark, please do a proper cleaning next time. Since it’s stated is a 4-5 stars hotel then should provide the worthy and value for customer spend the money.

This is a hotel that will make your stay perfectly memorable and enjoyable! It has all the elements that bring you close to the local heritage. The hotel management spent 5 years from designing to building it, retaining most of the original heritage while allowing patrons to enjoy all modern facilities. Loving the idea of “daily movie night” - it’s a well thought activity for those who are too tired to travel in evenings. Service crews are mostly friendly, and I enjoy their kind gesture and flexibility. It’s not as costly as the other few top-tiered heritage hotels. I highly recommend this hotel who those who love simplicity yet still hope to feel close to the local heritage.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for my family vacation. My family has 2 small children, we had a great time here. The family apartment is very spacious, comfortable, clean. The apartment building has a swimming pool for adults and children. There was a problem with the door lock in the living room bathroom, but it was fixed by the owner the next day. It was not a problem. We really like this type of accommodation. We will come back next time.

Comfort bed and very cozy hotel.. Hotel have basement parking.. have huge swimming pool.. near to restaurant and mini mall.. location near to hospital and masjid negeri..
