The price I paid for my order included a RM10 tourism tax, why did the front desk charge me another RM10? In addition, the breakfast for a child (10 years old) needs to be supplemented by one person, shouldn't the child be half price?

Arrived around 2.15pm and the check in was smooth. They collected deposite RM200. Spacious and modern villa (semi D). both villa can connect using connecting door if you in large family. If you stay in apartment area then the pool is nearer. Overall it was a good experience. Monkeys will come around but they dont disturb you.

MMichellesbtanFood taste average but pricey. Restaurant staffs over welcoming till we feel very uncomfortable. We are looking for a quiet place and good atmosphere to enjoy our dinner but on and off the staffs come to distrub 😔. We stay at hill resort and at night, rat 🐀 is visiting us.
Except the above, the surrounding environment is peaceful and quiet, suitable for short staycation to relax.

Wwai lingReached there 11.30am and understandable the rooms are not ready. But waited for 3 hours after I saw they gave the keys to other families. I asked again then only they said the both rooms are just ready and not as what I requested. The room assigned was so damn far. I mean like I waited for so long and my mum was on wheelchair and my son already started to be impatience. I will be very much appreciate at least give me one room first. oh ya this hotel is so not wheelchair friendly as there's lots of stairs and ups and downs. Other than that, to be fair other services it's at satisfactory level. Thanks for the effort anyway.

MMohamed AsgerI go to coral Bay twice a year and take hotel room. First time taking apartment and very bad experience with noise especially with neighbours. Bathroom water was very little. Uncomfortable beds. Our breakfast was also a failure this round. Next time no more apartment. Only hotel rooms.

- perlu deposit rm100 just for 1 night stay.
- bilik air/ shower bath floor takla bersih.
- shower bath tombol tercabut masa buka air, poor maintenance.
- iron dalam bilik on off bila guna, macam rosak sikit.
- provide cawan kaca dalam bilik, quite small and not appropriate.
Yang bagus cofee during breakfast, cappucino.

Unpleasant experience that the bathroom had visible mold, and there was a strong smell lingering in the air that even spread into the room. Additionally, the bedding caused skin irritation, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Hope management takes immediate action to improve Hygiene standards.

CChiew GheeNew and clean Japanese style rooms. Suit for couple or families with young children. A bit difficult for elderly due to no chair to rest. Prefer to have own transport as the hotel in housing area, not far from Pantai pasir Bogak but need 10-15min walk.
