"The facilities were correct, nice room with balcony by paying a supplement, seen on the sea and the crows. Good reception, be careful with tourist taxes. Disappointed with no decent beach, even the well-known Blue Lagoon. Force to take a grab for travel otherwise plan 14 kil each time knowing that with high and low tide very complicated to follow the sea"

"Very dissapointing for this time. The phone at room are not working, internet so slow. The sink pipe the water all come out from the side and the water all arount the counter top,lucky I bring a kitchen towel. And I ask from a front desk an extra small towel . Grand lexis need to upgrade the room ,look old. But thank to the staff nama EVELYN. I recognised her from my previous stays, she upgrade my room to bigger room from my previous room that I book. All the buggy driver was friendly and helpfull. Hope to see a change when I come again next time."

The only disadvantage is very limited parking if booking with agents (non direct hotel guest) and no buggy ride besides no breakfast. Basically, u r on ur own throughout the stay

- NO in-room service like buggy/ trolley/ food service/ baby cot offered as this is a private unit
- As we are a private unit, guests are not allowed to use the public swimming pool, indoor parking and buggy service, and the price is only for the room
- Any request for early check-in or late check-out shall be subjected to an extra charge
After more than 4 guests, (charge for every night)
- The EXACT number of the guests must be informed.

"Yes, the scenery is charming. It's hard to find it by yourself. The boss sent someone to pick him up at Lijing's door. It felt like it was done by Lijing Rental. There is a Regent logo on the room card and inside. The boss speaks Chinese and is easy to communicate with"

MmikaroWe stay at the Private Pool, and able to get the view that facing the beach and small neighbourhoods of rooms. Some of the rooms are facing quite public area, so thankful for us. The rooms are spacious, and there are separate room, for toilets and showers that have floor mirror tile can see direct to sea. Mind you, not much fish swimming there.
My kids really enjoyed the private pools, the beach quite small. We had the boats trips that allow for snorkelling, but mind you, during our visit, Port Dickson just have rainy night before.
There are fire shows every Saturday. Hotels are quite private, if you want to visit PD’s other attractions, like Pusat Ikan Hiasan manage by Jabatan Ikan Negara, are quite nearby by car.

AAnonymous UserStaff very friendly. Especially the bellboy was very helpful to us. My mom really enjoyed the seaview and she got healing time. Thank u to the hotel for giving us the corner unit. My kids also love the jakuzi so much. The room very comfortable and nothing to complain about. The seaview is really spectacular. Definitely will come back again.

AAnonymous UserA simple hotel with medium range price. Family unit comprises of 2 connecting rooms with 2 single bed unit and one more is queen bed. Breakfast buffet is ok with the basic food like nasi lemak, bread, cereal, fruit and cake are provided.
They only provide 2 super soft pillows in each room, not comfortable at all. No soap bar or liquid handwash soap. Only provided with 1 shower & shampoo gel in each room. Please seriously consider providing soap bar so that it is easier to wash hand. This hotel is also very strict with check out time, not even an hour free extension. Every hour extension is chargeable at RM32.40
Feels like this is more of a low cost low budget hotel. With the rate charged, perhaps can pay a bit more to book at other better equipped hotels. For me, soap and decent pillows are necessities even for all basic hotels.

UUmiThe water chalet is awesome. Location wise ok easy to find. Service is tiptop by the agent. U can ask anything from her. Very friendly. Last minit change unit because I want below unit so that from the room can see the laut on the glass floor.
Fridge OK, bed OK, balcony nice view, I can fishing at the balcony. My kids were very enjoy the chalet. Aircond OK, lamp ok, pillow ok, sinki ok, cermin byk, got penyapu n penyodok boleh sapu bilik because we were mandi at pantai n the floor was full of pasir so boleh sapu.
Bilik air i suke sebab as Muslim we better separate shower part dgn toilet bowl part. Toilet was clean.
The stay was fun and enjoyable it just that water chalet Ni belah belakang Lexis hotel. So u have to walk a bit far utk smpi ke Bilik. Makanan kene keluar cari sendiri, atau senang order grab je. Grab unfortunately hantar kt guard depan sana tu. Parking utk private unit ni xde. So kene park dekat luar.
Advice kalau xnk ade masalah parking, book under Lexis or Grand Lexis itself. Boleh park dekat dlm, dan ade service buggy lagi.
Pantai pulak x jauh nk pergi, cuma pantai dia cetek during air surut, pasir pantai byk batu tajam, ade terjumpa kaca. Hatilah kalau dekat pantai tu. Pasir pantai x berapa bersih mcm dekat PD.
Oh ya byk activity boleh buat dekat sini. Ade service basikal, train, go kart, kuda pusing2 tu, kalau nk lagi fun pegi time malam dekat waterfront (waze je) boleh main bubble, layang2, naik basikal satu family, makan2, dekat PD pulak ade water boat, banana split.
Overall, will repeat again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

ZzlynnsUpon arriving at 3.30pm, there was a really long queue. The check in process was slow even there is 4 counter. We booked the water chalet. The chalet facing other chalet. The window just covered by the blinds and if the blinds widely open we can see the person in the front chalet. The furniture was old but the room fully equipped. There is fridge & iron. Tv can watch netflix with your account. The toilet was huge and open. There is part without roof and if it is raining the toilet will be soak wet. If you open the window in the bedroom you can straight away see the person taking shower😅😂.
I love the natures inside the resort compound. It was fully greenish & calm. Even the peacock happily strolling around the resort. They named every part of the chalet and the beach. Ours was in Aceh. The petting farm has limited animals but it is enough to make your child happy. Can fed the animals but need to buy the food cost rm5.40. They have big swimming pool (adult & children).
Breakfast was tasty & delicious especially the croissant! The served it hot.
I like all about this resort except the room. It can be quite creepy at night especially with the open bathroom.

SsitiBeen here for 2nd time. First was on working days so not many people were staying plus the hotel gave me a room with seaview although i booked a room park view. The 2nd time was on school and public holiday so all rooms are fully booked and there were so many people queueing to check in. I checked in at 2.30pm and only got my room at 4.20 which made me waiting at the lobby almost 2 hours. I asked the staff 3 times and they politely answer my query although there were other few guests that also getting mad as rooms were not ready yet by housekeeping. I manage to get a room after 3rd query. The room is spacey enough for small family with 2 kids. The room has not much changed from my first visit 2 years ago. The floor had been changed to vinyl/spc and the bath tub in the bathroom also been removed. Room cleanliness is better than before. Only the corridor remain dirty as the old carpet still remain and dirt and beach sand can be seen clearly on the carpet. Maybe it can be changes to vinyl/spc also. Housekeeping should be improve in future to avoid guest wait too long to get a room. I like this hotel as it is not so pricey less than 200 on public holiday and about 100+ in working days and the location is near to beach and got swimming pool with walking distance. At night it was quite scary to walk from lobby to our room. Sometime can hear kids yelling suddenly at the corridor and other rooms from our rooms.
