Staff baik , location strategic . 2nd time stay at this hotel, but this time im not satisfied at all .
1) Housekeepers tk tukar selimut ke ? Bcs ada stain .
2) Bila bkk paip, air terus bocor drpd tali2 tu .
3) Bilik tk dikemas dgn baik, sbb rambut2 tu ada dkt atas meja2, dkt bed side table .
4) Breakfast ? 5/10 only . Not so many options.
5) I didnβt complained on that day or ask for room change bcs of to tired 8 hours of driving. Just need to sleep .

Except for the parking area, the roads up and down are very narrow. Be careful when driving around corners.

TTavrezI enjoy staying at Double Tree bit far from Kul city tend to be less busy. I have stayed here several times with park view room and enjoy the I city theme park and Central I City malll 100m away from the hotel. Blue mosque was visible from my room and most of thel pic is right next to the hotel within walking distance. I drove to Setia Mall 15min away from the hotel was a nice visit.
I city Mall has plenty eating options and shopping experience and I find sports direct here slightly cheaper than other outlets. I recommend this hotel.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to unwind. The views from the room were stunning, especially in the mornings when we could see the lush greenery of the golf course. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting, making us feel at home right away.

However, the Hotel need to upgrade the service in term of registration; especially with this one guy who is not that friendly.
I checked in around 3:30pm .
First the hotel seems difficult to find my booking under my name but later it was resolved.
Then the Reception guy told me that the Room is not ready and I have to wait; and he said he will approached me once received feedback from Housekeeping.
I was waiting for 1/2 hour and still no one approached me.
Then I went back to front desk to ask for update. As that guy was occupied with other registration, i managed to talk to another guy who seems genuinely trying to assist me.
Then I can see this guy struggling to find a ready room ... as the one room that he said ready was snapped up by another guy at reception. ************* it was finally resolved after long wait at the lobby.
I'm not sure whether I received this kind of treatment because Ive booked via Trip.com and not directly with Hotel. But then I saw all my other friends who went to register with another reception guy, managed to get their room straight away, although they are also booking via other agents like *********** etc.

Recently did a last-minute staycation with my husband to celebrate his birthday, and we decided to go just outside KL. Here's a quick review:
Check-in time: 3pm.
Check-out time: 12noon.
RM100 deposit required at check-in.
Free parking (just validate your Touch βn Go card whenever you exit).
Room was clean, with a comfy double bed (1.5m wide) and sofa bed.
Separate toilet and shower area, and if you need amenities like a toothbrush, just call the staff.
Has a connecting room option.
Limited TV channels, but the qualityβs clear.
In-room dining menu is on a TV channel!.
We skipped breakfast to sleep in and recharge before picking up the kids. Definitely a relaxing spot for a quick getaway!

GGuest UserMy stay at the hotel was just nice. While it had free parking and was conveniently located near my meeting place, there were several issues. The water pressure was slow, and the glass in the bathroom was see-through, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a smoking smell coming from other rooms, which was unpleasant.
