The service is good. Be careful with trip.com as i book for 2 rooms & also paid for 2 room but when i arrive at the hotel, they said they only receive a booking of 1 room & they even showed me the booking from their system. After 30minutes of discussing and i’m so lucky that night, someone checkout early and i get 2 rooms and the receptionist is very polite and helpful. Keep on apologise for things that is not their fault but i get a different room from what i booked but i think it is ok as all the hotel were fully booked. The door having problem which is nit functioning well but i just stay for 1 night so no problem with me. Others, i’m satisfied with the service and room. The room & toilet is very spacious and we have a good sleep. Thanks to the receptionist.

Good location budget hotel in Batu Pahat, booked the hotel at last minute with affordable price. Staffs provided an excellent service, they'll place the parking coupon for guest in the next morning. The Standard Twin Room just average, cleanliness could be better, good water pressure but slightly slow Wifi. Overall, it was a good stay!

The hotel looks neat from the outside. in the hotel situation, the room is quite narrow.. the inquiry counter is not customer friendly. limited parking space. the overall condition is just nice. For those who want to try, you can try and feel this hotel.. for the whole it's just ok.

The room was very comfortable even the hotel is quite old. I only have issue on the food provided during breakfast. Understood it's 3 star hotel, the variety is not the concern, but on the 2nd day I had stale fried rice and tasteless fried noodle. Hope can improve in future.. Tq..

We booked 3 rooms for me and my children. During checkout my son was accused for a missing glass in a bathroom. My son told me the glass was not there when he entered the room and why on earth my son want to take the glass ... we have plenty of better ones at home. No broken glass pieces was seen in the room. The reception keep on stating that the housekeeping said it was there. First they did not do a walk in with the guest during room entering to confirm the glass was there and not even a notice the glass should be in the room. I ended paying rm20 for a shitty glass and don't have time to argue as we are rushing to pay my passing uncle a last respect before the funeral. So my advice is to be careful with this hotel! It's not about the money but you cannot accused people without a proper SOP at the first place! NOT COMING HERE!

Evrything is good. It was my second accomodation and choice to stay at here, but seems my family member is not satisfied with the smells having inside the room, seems to be the cleaning detergent smells, other than that is okay.

Easy parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Near asam pedas or nasi briani BP restaurants. Just a walking distance to the latest attraction BP cruise at Dataran Shah Bandar.

Crystal Inn is strategically located in the town centre and very convenient for business travellers. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.
