Altohugh this hotel is not near by main town (George Town), many shop is near including Macdonald, KFC,
and staff are so kind. For business, this hotel is not bad.

Its a small town .. infront of a mosque and shell . Beside the entrance there is few shops like familymart nice2cu.kfc and food at the cafe 9th floor. Is delicious. But for breakfast buffet is just ok to eat.overall its a good hotel .there is parking at the basement.

Arrived @2pm and the reception (forgot to ask her name) allowed us to enter. Booked for junior suite room and been given on 3rd floor which was the highest. the room was big and cleanliness very good. Bathroom also big. Wifi and aircond also working well. Restaurant, shops, minimarket are nearby just around the hotel. Free ample Parking space provided under the roof for hotel guest. I would like to thank the chinese reception lady for being tolerate and nice during our stay. Both my parents enjoy staying here.

SSuet EngNice location, located in iconic point. In front got CU, family mart, McDonald’s, Starbucks, coffee bean, Chagee, beautea, Secret recipe, ZUS, Baskbear, CIMB, Mix store, and KFC nearby. Even if come back late also no need worry about the parking lots.
Three levels, two lifts. Easy checkin. Hotel and room not too big, but just enough for one night stay. Clean room and comfortable mattress and pillows. Aircond is individual not centralised, easy to control and cold enough.

AAnonymous UserHello everyone. U plus budget hotel is quite reasonable with location is quite strategic to near attraction and food. Service okay and parking lot is a lot and free. Everything is okay but mybe can improve the comfort of queen bed as me and my friend having backache in the morning after 1 night stay. But overall is okay and reasonable with price.

IIrwan Syakiranthe location of the hotel are easy to find .easy to find food because have restaurant at the hotel area . the price of the room are affordable . the have some amenities such as kettle , and big screen tv .but the iron are need to share because iron at outside of the room and need to get new because the handle of the iron are getting loose the heat will burn the cloth . haha . luckily me . the room is clean and tidy , does not have minibar to keep food and cold water . the room does not have wardrobe . the receptionist are friendly and helpfull .
