The room was clean, toilet amenities such as toothbrush and shower cap are provided. Water pressure was good and aircon was excellent. Extra pillow is chargeable at RM10 each. 2 bottled water provided complementary. We asked the cafe worker for the complimentary breakfast option, he responded wtih nasilemak and meehoon goreng; coffee and tea are free flow from the dispenser. The coffee and tea were luke warm and tasteless; meehoon and nasi lemak were very cold. We saw the menu listed on the board and ordered another set of breakfast that consists of croissant, americano and half/softboiled which we asked for softboiled. At the same time, the worker then informed that our nasilemak set also comes with the same option of eggs, I wonder why didn't he informed earlier. The coffee were freshly brewed but nothing near to being good, croissant was hard and we were served with half boiled eggs instead of the softboiled we requested and what made it worse was they were not even half boiled, more like 1/4 boiled, not forgetting there were chicken dropping stuck on the egg when served. For the price paid (RM103), the room is satisfactory. Keep your stomach for other food nearby. Don't miss the famous Warung Opah nasi lemak right next to it at the corner.

We booked this property thinking it's a hotel concept and more over there is no clue it's under AIR B&B. What a cheat it was .... b'coz they cleverly put in under the roof of Pyramid . To our surprise for the amount we paid we feel so disappointed . There is no soap to wash. There is no coffee mug ? Not even a tea spoon . We have to call the guy who gave us the key to bring bath mat ?? After shower no bath mat . ???? How if my mom slip n fell in the toilet ?? Toilet roll place broken . The hose is leaking . Shower curtain is very dirty we can't even hold it by our hands to pull it . Someone has to look into this property seriously . Of coz we understand there are management to look into all this ..... however we as a guest should not be cheated . I'm working in the Hotel Line for almost 20 years . But this property is worst . Very expensive . Just because of the location they any how charge their guest and can't be bothered attitude . When I made a complained to the guy who gave me the key .... he asked me to take picture and send him . Do you think I have no better work to do ...... This should be look into those who are in charge of this property . Not as a guest we come and stay . I will never ever stay in this property or not even the Pyramid Hotel . Very sad .

Such a pleasant experience staying in William's homestay. Everything you need is provided. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and I had very good night sleep. Balcony with unblocked view. Convenient location surrounded by a lot of restaurants here, especially at night time, you can go Starbucks (until 12pm), 24hrs McDonald, FamilyMart which are just opposite the homestay. SS15 Courtyard is just within walking distance. The nearest lrt station is just about 10mins walk away which can go directly to KL Sentral, KLCC without transit. Able to reach Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Lagoon within 5 mins via grab. William is so helpful and friendly. It was a great homestay experience, will definitely come back again soon.

Basic family suite overlooking Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. Accessible from a staircase, hence not wheelchair friendly ~ FYR. Only one set of lift access and main door key provided. Was asked to pay a deposit of RM150 not sure for what. Bathtub but no plug to stop the water - basically can't enjoy the tub. TV with poor reception and local channels only. Toiletries and towels are provided. Firm King size bed and single bed. Good for the value.

BBlist3rThis inn was quite viral on tiktok due to the jacuzzi within one of the rooms. So I decided to give this place a try. Upon checking in, one problem I first noticed was that they required a rm100 deposit which could only be paid by cash and not credit card. After being told that there was a bank at the other end of the shoplots, I had to walk all the way there to withdraw the rm100 as I did not have enough with me at the time. After settling the deposit and receiving the room card key, I was finally able to enter the room. Well the room was not the cleanest as I found a cockroach in the bathroom and not to mention alot of dirt, flower petals and debris gushing out from the jacuzzi when i turned on the water. Quite disappointing as I had hoped for it to be at least decent.

QQue RAIRAAThis is really a budget hotel for budget stay. Everything was so basic but all basic amenities are well served. Hotel room is convenient and the size of room is just nice for 2pax. The location is quite dull at night except for the MyNews convenience store just opposite to the hotel. There are also some malls (Giant and Mydin) nearby within walking distance. You might find hard to get good foods nearby as the restaurant (western/steak) just in front of the hotel will close around 2200hrs. But online foods orders are the best choice. GGuest UserRoom is very small for the price they charge. Absolutely no amenities, not even bottled water. The room has stain on the toilet door and bed headboard. Walls has mark I would say overall hygiene is less than satisfactory. The light gimmicks are nice but once you stay for over 5 minutes, you will realize you over paid. Has kind of a weird smell. Stayed here because I had no other choice. If given a choice I might not come back. If you get it on a super cheap deal or just need a place to crash and go, sure why not, otherwise you have been warned.

GGuest UserI book family room with 2 bed, 1 bed was so smelly, bathroom very dirty. The receptionist staff very friendly. I will come again. Appreciate if the bath room cleaning upgrade. The shampoo stand very loose and will drop soon n broke. Complain with housekeeping staff but no action taken for the shampoo stand.

AAnonymous UserAll in all, we donât mind the Cons (listed below Overview, Pros & Cons) as we only stayed 1 night. So for those looking to stay longer nights, if you donât mind the cons, you can consider as it is affordable for spacious rooms like this in Sunway City.
Overview:
1. this is not managed by Sunway Property, its concept is like booking airbnb as each unit are owned by different owner, managed by a property management (not by Sunway). Residences of this property are also staying there.
2. The name of this place âResorts Suites @ Bandar Sunwayâ was tagged as âhotelâ in Trip.com, so this can be a bit misleading thinking that this is one of Sunway Propertiesâ hotel chain.
3. Its reception is at B1 of Sunway Pyramid Hotel, all levels are only accessible by card.
4. Good for stay if you are just looking for lower budget accommodation in Sunway City (for singles, solo travelers, etc), but wouldnât recommend if are looking at cosy and clean rooms (for family with kids / elderly).
5. As it is a âhouseâ unit itself, it comes with kitchen and some with balcony. Those with kids, need to take note of the balcony.
Pro:
1. Attentive staff, very helpful and attend to our needs quite immediately.
2. Room is spacious, good enough for 3 (2+1) to sleep in (Deluxe) and if you opt for the bigger units, can zzz up to 6 pax.
3. Affordable room rates comparable to any of the Sunway hotels around this area.
4. For the unit we stayed in, water pressure is very strong, good bathing time, good flush and running tap is strong.
5. Our unit came with a bathtub but we didnât use it.
6. 2 beds in our unit, both are king size.
7. Provided clean towels, disposal toothbrushes and shampoos/bath gels.
8. Provided mineral waters, and packet coffee/tea with cups and stirrer, and thereâs water boiler too, if you need to use.
9. Aircon is working fine in both living hall and room.
10. Very spacious bathroom.
11. Quiet at night, so can sleep well.
Cons:
1. Room furnitures are old and some are not well kept. Probably itâs the way how itâs being managed, so proper care is not given priority by the owner itself.
2. Room is dusty, has a lot of cob webs and also little bugs/ants. So take note especially around the bed area.
3. Bed sheets were just ok. Can be better as looks dusty and with light stains.
4. Curtains are old and dirty.
5. Tv channels only 2 channels.
6. Remote controls (tv and aircon) are dusty.
7. Has balcony but I donât see that as a plus point as it can be hazardous for family with kids.
8. Door lock was loose, hence we got to change to another room as we have kid with us, so safety is priority to us.
9. Parking flat rate - I didnât ask if they have flat rate, but may not be since itâs not under Sunway management directly.
For us with child, our priority is always safety and cleanliness. So we will look for other options under Sunway Hotels if next time we intend to spend our nights in Sunway City.

AAnonymous UserArrived at night at it is kinda hard to find empty parking spot since it is located at the center of SS15.
Walking distance to nearest lrt station. Less than 1km to nu empire and subang parade on food.
Lots of eateries nearby.
Basic toiletries provided.
Love the shower, got fast water flow.
Room is not soundproof.
Good counter service and very helpful too.

TtheboutiquetravellerThere were so many problems with my 5-night stay I don't know where to begin. They are best summarised by 2 main points- 1) Poor cleanliness of the general areas, but especially of the bedroom. There were stains on all the pillow cases and duvet cover, all of which did not looked or smelled like they were freshly laundered. There were long strands of hair on the bed and under the duvet (I have very short hair, hence not mine). All of the above makes me suspect they don't change the sheets between guests. My room was only refreshed once, on the third day. In-room safe was broken which meant I had to haul all my valuables out with me everyday. 2) The staff were apathetic and could not care less. 4 of the 5 nights, there was loud noise into the early hours of the morning (combination of someone watching videos/listening to music and people talking loudly) from the reception area and rooftop which reverberates through the 2 internal lightwell, which in turn reverberates through most of the rooms. I had to yell at them to keep it down on 2 nights (which did not really help!). The worst part is, the culprits were probably staff members hanging out with their mates.
